    Serves: 2
    Macros per serving for sauce including seitan:
    Protein: 33g
    Carbohydrates: 26g
    Fat: 4g
    Macros per serving for just the sauce:
    Protein: 2g
    Carbohydrates: 15g
    Fat: 2g

    Ingredients:
    -2 servings of my Lupini Bean Seitan

    For the sauce:
    - 4oz fresh orange juice
    - 30g sweet chili sauce
    - 1 tablespoon liquid aminos
    - 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
    - 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
    - 1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
    - Zest of 1 orange
    - Pinch of salt (optional)

    Steps:
    1. In a saucepan, combine the fresh orange juice, sweet chili sauce, liquid aminos, coconut aminos, sesame oil (if using), minced garlic, orange zest, and a pinch of salt (if needed).
    2. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for approximately 5 to 8 minutes, or until it thickens.
    3. Turn off the heat and add the Lupini Bean seitan to the sauce, stirring to coat the seitan evenly.
    4. Divide the Seitan and sauce into two equal portions.
    5. Serve each portion of the Orange Garlic Seitan with a side of rice 🍚 and steamed vegetables.

    Awesome! Will modify… we don’t use onions/garlic for religious/spiritual reasons like certain Buddhists.

      I made it! It’s the Seitan recipe linked in this video. Or you can look in my RUclips channel for barbecue Seitan nuggets. Is the same, but I did not add any seasonings or barbecue dressing since I was covering it in the orange dressing.
      You can also use your favorite store bought plain Seitan.
