    I keep getting an error that says to reseat the yellow toner, and restart the device. I tried and it's not working. Do you have any thoughts? It looks like a little yellow toner got out and is in the machine

      Hello, it sounds like your cartridge isn’t connecting properly with the printer. Here are a few steps to try:
      1. Clean the printer and cartridge, paying special attention to the chip.
      2. Replace the cartridge if cleaning doesn’t help.
      3. If issues persist, it may be due to a low-quality remanufactured cartridge. Try returning it and opting for a better one, like our ONYX Brand, or consider switching to an OEM cartridge.
