    They can have my great grandfathers stuff. He was a balloonatic for the RFC during WW1 and reached sergeant in the RAF before the end of the war. He was given a discharge after mustard gas killed everyone else in his platoon during a single day. Thanks for this I'll give them a shout.

      Before you’re so quick to donate something to any small museum. Just know that if it ever closes much of the items get sold off and are rarely ever returned to family. Ive seen it happen before, that people donate an item(s) and 5 or 10 years later their great grandfather’s stuff is being sold on eBay. Obviously not suggesting this will be the outcome of your items but just something to consider.
