Sorry to say that but this does not turn CMYK on. The only thing it does is, it's switching the color simulation on. For now only thing that can be done is: 1. go to the color profile tab and choose color profile 2. go to color selection tab and dgo to CMS tab 3. use the color definition incliuded in color profile This is actual CMYK. Then you can open the file in Scribus and it will work only there.
Yes and the big flaw of inkscape is that the CMYK simulation is only an automated thing. I therefore prefer to use the CMYK color palettes on inkscape (this allows you to choose the desired printing color) that I created in another tutorial.
i actually rather keep inkscape in rgb then just manually convert colors in scribus, this allow me to change all colors at once and decide which set of cmyk colors will suit better renders. inkscape auto-convertion hurts my quadricromic senses because grabs a very handsome 20% black (rgb 000000) and it translates as cmyk 003-005-003-014... the worst thing about inkscape: it generates svg for WEB, so it makes a mess trying to translate pixel rounding to mm when getting anything to scribus. trying to move something with "alfa channel" into scribus? just flatten anything in gymp first, because if you move unresolved alfa channel scribus gonna cry

CMYK palettes integrated into Inkscape give a faster result, and are easier to manage because you choose the desired color. See my other tutorial for creating cmyk palettes in inkscape.

I agree, personally I prefer to use the CMYK palettes, which I created, see my other tutorial.
Great
Thanks
@@fox-anim can you give a link with the gimp palette you created?
@@jaimevidal6311 It's here:
ruclips.net/video/2Xce6mah9-s/видео.html
that profiles list doesn´t appear in my inkscape
