I just picked up my first 600cc motorcycle Saturday from Miami. I bought the '24 ZX6R in the Robotic Gray and White color. I have only put 18 miles on it so far. This bike is an AMAZING bike so far and have heard nothing but good things about it. I cannot wait to see what memories this bike brings.
I used to have a 2006 zx-6r and it’s been a couple years since I’ve had one! I just bought the 2025 zx-r6 and I’m so happy with it. You helped me learn a few things on this video.

Ray, you are one badass. I just picked up a 2025 Ninja 650 KRT w/ ABS. I love it. It's definitely not as fast as the ZX6R and definitely doesn't sound as beautiful, but for what I do it works great. Keep puting out phenomenal content.
I have the 2023 zx6r, and the 2024 Aprilia RS 660. 2 totally different machines lol. I ride the zx6 way more 🙂 Great video, and I'm definitely subbing
Me personally I would keep my zx6r Just for the fact that I am more of a street rider. Other people might have different outlooks on this. But this is my opinion 👍🏼 Both bikes are amazing though

Wicked. I'm considering this bike. Would you say it's comfortable enough for highway commuting 35 miles to and from work, totalling 70 miles round trip. It's a great value for something with some decent power and technology.I watch your content and subscribed during last vid. Thanks 👍
My wife picked up a 24 just a few weeks ago and god damn are they restricted. So many damn DOT regulations just gimp the motor. Engine is still too young to tune but on dyno you can see how the fuel starts cutting off at high rpms. Definitely a fan of this color scheme.

If anyone commenting can out ride ANY of the middle weight sport bikes on the street you are better than most everyone. IMO pick what pulls at your heart. You won’t even feel the difference.
I LOVE the Pearl Robotic White/Metallic Graphite Gray scheme. I don't like that Metallic Matte Dark Gray/Ebony scheme because visually, it makes my eyes feel dirty. I opine it doesn't do the bike's gorgeous design any justice. It makes it look unfinished, like it's a project bike, especially being flat. My '22 Hayabusa is matte silver, but it has metal particles, so it reflects the lines of the design with a lot of contrast between shadow and light and looks intentional. I think if the dark gray had a clear cote, then it would look nice.

Everyone is complaining about zx6r not getting an autoblipper and ride by wire . until they get it and notice theres no much of big a difference. Zx6r is by far the best all rounder middleweight bike and the sweet spot of supersport.

Nice Ninja right there. I’ve had a 09 Ninja ZX6R since new. I luv it and I’m now 55yrs old. Bike has 44,600 miles now. She does an occasional track day but mostly street and mountains. I would luv to get the new 25 Ninja but need to win the lottery first. The 09-12 had a Ohlins steering stabilizer from the factory but will need to be sent out and revalved or whatever they do to it. ✌️

because regardless of what people say, an 120hp supersport is not a beginner bike, while the tamed 80hp zx4rr is. there is also the seat height issue, short riders will have a very bad time on the 6r compared to the 4r
@@kappachan2129 that 4rr is now dropped in price so I can basically get it for 8k I'm still thinking about it because I want it and want to put a cage on it and teach my boys on it

Personally what turned me away from the 636 when I upgraded from my 650 was the looks. I ended up finding a GSXR600 that I really loved (sadly wrecked and totaled on that bike). I should have waited for the’24 to come out because I REALLY like the new look. It’s on my list for when im recovered and ready to get back on a bike
@@WynterK yeah man I know. At the time the current body redesign hadn’t been released yet and I didn’t like the previous designs of the 636 personally. I’ve always kinda been drawn to the single headlight design on gixxers and the one I ended up getting already had aftermarket parts I would have done and the price was right for me so I got it. Main thing now is just my recovery. Once im more recovered Im going to be looking at the market and what I feel would be best for me. Im not worried about being on the fastest bike just the bike that I feel is the best for me.
I bet no one in the comments could even tell the difference in HP between the zx6r, cbr600rr, GSXR 600. Most can’t even use the hp that these put out. If you can use all the power and out ride the bike then you are better than 90% of people who buy these bikes.

Yes up I know for Sure - down ii don't think so , but you can always get a aftermarket quick shifter. Shawn thk you for always being part of the Channel- you and others are why I love doing this.

I was waiting for the 2025 version hoping they'd finally install a ride-by-wire accelerator and an auto-blipper. But no, this is basically the 2024 version but with worse liveries. I'm so disappointed... I was hoping to see an actual improvement and buy one next year... but with everything that it misses and that price, I'm just better off buying a CBR600RR 2024, sadly.

@@vigilant. the CBR has 121hp. The ZX6R has 124hp. The CBR has enough electonics and features to run a PC game on it, while the ZX6R has almost nothing... and the ZX6R is priced around 1000 euros more than the CBR. There's just no reason to buy the ZX6R, and I'm really sad to admit it, because I LOVE the ZX6r and I want it so badly... but it's be a waste of money.

If you wanna flat foot a bike get a Harley lol. Otherwise you can flat foot if you lean on one side but you arent gonna flat foot both unless ur like a 6’2 dude.
Question if you don't mind answering. What kind of camera is attached to your side mirrors and is there GPS setting on it that shows your direction of travel (Like in the upper left corner of the screen)?
Insta 360 x3 - you will need insta's Action remote and have it paired to the camera ,the remote does all the GPS and embeds it into the camera footage, then you just download your footage with what you want , direction- speed or whatever!
2025 zx6r available by 2024. Whats going on? 🤔😃 BTW nice colour ❤👍 In India the white colour is not available yet. Some countries are probably living in the future. 🤦♂️

This bike will embarress a gsxr600. I own one and highly recommend it. The added 36cc really makes a difference.

I was waiting for the 2025 version hoping they'd finally install a ride-by-wire accelerator and an auto-blipper. But no, this is basically the 2024 version but with worse liveries. I'm so disappointed... I was hoping to see an actual improvement and buy one next year... but with everything that it misses and that price, I'm just better off buying a CBR600RR 2024, sadly.

@@vigilant. the CBR has 121hp. The ZX6R has 124hp. The CBR has enough electonics and features to run a PC game on it, while the ZX6R has almost nothing... and the ZX6R is priced around 1000 euros more than the CBR. There's just no reason to buy the ZX6R, and I'm really sad to admit it, because I LOVE the ZX6r and I want it so badly... but it's be a waste of money.

What is the difference between the zx4rr vs the 650?
20 hp basically, but you can flash that 4rr and get it to 70hp .

low power mode is still 3x faster the a nija 650 i know cause i went from 650 to 636 i would say start on a 650 so you still can ride the interstate

About 5'7- 5'8,you should be fine, you might not be totally flat footed , but like Kasie said you'll be OK👍.

If you wanna flat foot a bike get a Harley lol. Otherwise you can flat foot if you lean on one side but you arent gonna flat foot both unless ur like a 6’2 dude.

Question if you don't mind answering. What kind of camera is attached to your side mirrors and is there GPS setting on it that shows your direction of travel (Like in the upper left corner of the screen)?
Insta 360
Insta 360 x3 - you will need insta's Action remote and have it paired to the camera ,the remote does all the GPS and embeds it into the camera footage, then you just download your footage with what you want , direction- speed or whatever!
