Question - I enjoying walking at about 3 to 3.5 miles and hours - but usually hold on to the side bars on the treadmill I have now. I extended the handrails - because they seemed too short. Could you give me the length of the handrail please & thank you. :)
There are multiple differences between this and the Stride. Including smaller deck and smaller motor. Wish you had highlighted these specs. Not to say this is not still a good option for many people but the size and HP are crucial for some users.
Thank you for the feedback, i did say its a smaller motor but did not compare them because this wasn’t a comparison video. This video is just to inform the lay person there is an affordable option out there. I could not find any videos about this model so I simply made one. 😀 The differences weren’t enough to make an issue out of them.
Hello! I am looking to get a Stride, but I am having trouble finding some long term reviews. I am a male, 5'9" 230lbs right now and I use a treadmill for simple cardio alternate running(5-5.5)/walking(3-3.5) every few minutes for 30 minutes as cardio. I do not need incline, and I am not going to use it for long term "professional" running, just to help get me through the winter, and it is such a portable machine it would go perfect in my place since I have a closet I can roll it in (Small studio apartment). I would love if you have some insight or any information on it after a few months?
I bought this and the stride the treadmill was one of the worst that I’ve ever used. The belt continued to move, 5 days later the engine stopped working and even though in warranty because it was “new” Echelon would not replace the customer service was so bad Amazon had to apologize and intervene. I’d highly recommend another company.
Hello, I bought myself one and lately it’s been stopping and beeping, I will have to restart and while I am walking in two mins it stops and beeps again, do you know why? I don’t even have it for a year.
The only thing I’ve experienced is my son had a toy under the belt that caused too much resistance. It would beep and stop but once I cleared the resistance it went away.
Mine is doing the same thing, i came to This video to begin trouble shooting. I know that the manual said this model needs lubricated so i am probably going to start there. Checking that the belt is centered properly. Did you find a solution?
@@brittniebeeman2833 hi yes! Mine isn’t a year yet and I called customer service and I have one year warranty and they sent over a new control set(free) and it works perfectly now!
Are you still having this issue? My treadmill is also stopping randomly. The emergency key does not fit in place and any vibration from walking or running will cause it to disconnect @@brittniebeeman2833
Hey thanks for the comment, I weigh 245 and will take this up to about 6.5 when I am feeling ambitious. This treadmill does bounce more than a traditional treadmill but not to a point where you hate running on it.
I have it! Love it for running and walking. I do my virtual 5k’s on it. It does need lubricated. If your weight exceeds or is closer to 300 pounds you will start to notice detriment due to the lower HP
Thanks for this. This is the ONLY video I've been able to find on this specific model. Just ordered mine.
Thats why i made it, i love my treadmill
@@rmarsmedia828 mine will be here march 6th!

@@amandarichard4739 is the belt wide enough? Are you happy with it overall?

How wide is the belt? That doesn't look like 20"
@@eclipsetrekker it is 18 inches wide.

@RMars Media, what are the deck dimensions for the sport model? Thank you.

Just noticed this treadmill for Black Friday, is the treadmill still working and in great condition since your first purchase?
Yes and I am 240 so I’m not a light weight either. I use it mostly for brisk walking not too much running though too
@@rmarsmedia828 Awesome! Thanks for getting back to me.
@@rmarsmedia828 Figured I check in and see if your treadmill is still working and in good condition. Plz keep me posted. Thanks in advance.

and now, 7 months after this review how do you like this treadmill? Update please, thank you!
I use it 5x a week with a walk and jog. It is tighter than a full size treadmill but I still enjoy it!
is it loud if I live in an apartment building with neighbors downstairs?
No but the downstairs aspect depends on your size. It does this and I’m 245
How does it feel when running? I don’t go too fast but my max speed is like 6

Thx for the review. One question, how tall are you. Im around 6ft tall and wondering if its too small for me..
Maybe at full sprint but for walking light jog o wouldn’t think it is too small
Thx just received it here. Its perfect so far. Thx for the video.
Do you still love this model? Is there a link to share?
Sure do!
Have you found a way to see your previous workout progress? Like calories duration etc?
No, but that is stored on my apple watch
How tall is it when folded? I want to know if it will fit under my or couch. Thank you.
It fits under my bed, which is a standard sized bed.
You said Ipod, Ipad or Iphone. Is it only compatible with Apple?
I have an iPhone but I believe their app supports andriod also
I couldnt find THIS model... The only ones i find are above 1 000€ !
