    When the time comes that I can’t ride on two wheels the road glide 3 would be what I will be riding. Another great video. Thanks

    I've loved the trikes since I first saw Servicars in use by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 1974. I bought a Tri Glide because the extra carrying capacity and comfortable passenger seat are more practical for my purposes but I really like the look of the Freewheeler because it channels the classic appearance of the old Servicar. If I had unlimited money, I'd get a Freewheeler and trick it out like a 1960s police motorcycle.

    Hello Terry. Great Video! I plan to Purchase a Used Freewheeler (reason being that personally I'm not fond of The New Black-Out Look and I never have liked the look of Fairings on Motorcycles). This I plan to convert into My idea of the Ultimate Touring Trike. What this build will involve is basically replacing the Trunk,, and Seat, with the complete Seat, Trunk, and Tour Pack with Luggage Rack, of a Tri Glide Ultra, for the ability to carry Camping Gear. Also, I plan to convert 2 Half Barrel Beer Kegs (15.5 gallons each) to Gas Tanks and mount them on both sides between the Passenger Seat and the Rear Fenders, complete with electric pump, hose and nozzle to be installed in the Tour Pack. This would give me a range of nearly 1500 miles instead of 250, and the ability to help any other Bikers I might meet that ran out of Gas. I didn't know about the difference in the Rear Tire sizes till now, so I guess I should swap them out as well. Thanks for the Info. Anyhow, this is my Dream Trike... "Ride On!"

    Lov the video..do all 3 trikes have the same rear end suspension,same REVERSE gear motor,and all the same safety equipment..Has HD come out with accessories or can u suggest a aftermarket company to buy accessories!!😂😊🤔😎💯👍👌

    • @RoadRushNation
      @RoadRushNation  7 месяцев назад

      All 3 are built on the same specs what’s the real difference is the style. HD has lots of accessories for the trike lines and there plenty of aftermarket companies that carry items for them. It all depends on what you’re looking to do. Ride safe my friend

    I bought a Freewheeler new last summer, I kinda wish the RG3 was a thing then.. I absolutely love my Freewheeler AFTER I did some things, ie exhaust, legend suspension and led headlight/tails. But I think the new RG3 is sexy

    When you wife rides with you all the time as mine does, the Ultra is the way to go, and that is what we have. When you see the price on this page, BS. No dealer is going to even get close to that. As with the Ultra, you can expect another $3000 before you get out the door. Then comes the must haves. The first thing to go is the stock handlebars. They suck. Made for the average Joe or Joanne. You need to put the bars at least where the grips are shoulder high. That will cost you another $1,250. Next come the exhaust to remove the catalytic converter. It gets so hot on your right foot that it blisters mine and took the finish off my wife's boots. Another $1000 plus. Then comes the air box so the damn engine can breathe. You will have to purchase a computer interface to re-map the computer. That is near $300 more. One last must. Suspension kit for front and back. The Tri Glide Ultra rides like shit. It is very rough. The Legend kit for front and rear plus labor, another $2,600 plus. Now you get to put on some custom accessories. You have a trike now that cost more than your first house. What I have written here is not bs. I know. I have been through it. After you get all that one, Put Amsoil in all three holes. No, I don't work for Amsoil. I know it is superior to any other product out there. Good luck with you new three wheel. I love mine but damn it is too expensive.

    I remember when Harley first came out with a blacked-out version two-wheeler oh, and they were charging more for it than Chrome. And I thought to myself what a bunch of suckers paying more for something it doesn't have any Chrome on it, cost more to Chrome things so Harley was taking people for a ride by charging more for a bike with no chrome. I felt like we were being taken as suckers!

    I have to agree with everyone here......32k!!?? There is no reason they can come up with to charge that much. How do you say “some people have limitations” those people generally won’t have another 32k for a bike this is ridiculous, shame on Harley. In 2006 out of mit we bought a frame and sourced everything full built 16 smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

    You want to be seen...but you want to black out everything shiny and bright. I personally do not like or want the blacked out bikes. I have had bike since I was 8, now I'm 61. I'll stick with my chrome addiction.
