I would like to know when is the last time he took the TMC exam, is not that easy, am preparing myself for mine and I wish this were the questions. we need more real questions real NBRC.
Sir, thank you for the effort of putting this out in your YT channel. I'm reviewing right now to get a licensure exam next year. This is a great help. Greetings from the 🇵🇭!
I'am an RT from the PH 🇵🇭. I've been watching videos on your channel since "review days for board exam" - there were times I don't feel like reading books and find myself on your channel. Now I'am an RT registered in the PH. And still watching on your videos. 💚🤍💙
Thanks this is helpful... Though in Q.10 tactile fremitus should be reduced in Pneumothorax! It is contradicting to say there is tactile fremitus in Pneumothorax with a hyperosonance, because sound can only be transmitted well through solid (consolidation), hence you could feel its vibration as you palpate the chest for tactile fremitus when you ask them to say 99.
Do you guys have tests that more resemble the actual TMC exam? While I appreciate the questions you offer, I think the NBRC exam will be much more difficult. All your questions seem to be pretty basic, while the exam will have questions about hemodynamics, equipment maintenance and TONS of calculations. I feel like I keep searching all your videos for material that will better prepare me for the actual exam, but I keep running across the same shifting trachea and ventilator settings questions over and over.
Rebecca Nunez I took it and saw that, but I still stand by my comment about hemodynamics and equipment. They need more advanced information on this channel.
Yes am agreed this questions are easy, but the NBRC is hard am going crazy I will have mine next week and I don’t know what else to study my friend just took it today and it was hard a lot of questions about airway pressures, resistance and compliance.
@@thecervantesfamila5452 I would get the Lindsey Jones program. I used Kettering, Lindsay Jones, and numerous websites. I bought the Lindsey Jones last. I wasted so much money on all the others when all I needed was the Lindsey Jones program. Seriously. Money well spent. I passed on the first try with both tests. Good luck!
@ Stacy evans what would you say helped most with Lindsey jones I have it and I’m studying it but I get lost in what information is best to know and how helpful are the practice exams any advice would be greatly appreciated
I have a problem with question #9. For tension pneumothorax wouldn't you perform a thoracentesis first? This is an emergency situation and performing a thoracentesis is faster than inserting a chest tube... Therefore, I would argue that the most correct answer is D.
Not sure why every video's explaination to an answer is "process of elimination" every time lol, its like two 2 years of schooling werent needed at all

The TMC only has 2% of calculations on it. 30% Is actually mechanical ventilation

Needle Aspiration, then Chest Tube.
I believe thoracentesis is for plural effusion. Pneumothorax needs a middle aspiration then chest tube.
Hi why is the answer for #9 not thoracentisis? Can u explain pls. Don't needle decompression come before inserting a chest tube?
Plsss suggest a book for diploma respiratory therapy plssss
Does these reflect the new exam for 2020?
The forth question is asthma right ?
Omg I love it! These practice questions are very helpful.
Can we get harder question next time?
The questions are not this easy on the actual exam. Thanks for the info tho
Who has a more accurate prep course?

The Content is helpful, but maybe consider the tone on this; seems very patronizing.
