Hi Oliver Your videos are well produced, your subject matter fascinating, and your narrative educational and informative. You are doing a wonderful job with these videos. Thank you. ps: Nice Running Man!
Fantastic work from design to build. I've built a few live steam and battery locomotives but you've inspired me to design and build my own automaton when I finish my current project.
This one’s pretty cool too. Also interested in learning how to make my own molds so I can replicate part. I’ve been renovating a two-story farmhouse. But I would like to get back to my original interest of being a maker /artist. My channel is going to start turning into a makers channel.
Brilliant. Thank you for sharing. Watching your builds, along with some others gave me the inspiration to making my moving excavator driver, all be it for RC, but it’s all about creating the movement.👍
Very impressed by the new build - the articulated toe makes the movement very realistic and I imagine that it was a `eureka` moment when you thought of it.
If you offered a class I would PAY to learn from you!! I’m learning with your videos already and it makes me so happy! Thank you for creating these videos. I love your work and I want to create some!
Hey, thank you so much for all of your lovely comments! I appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos, and I'm glad I have been an inspiration. Hopefully, sometime in the future, I will create some online lessons. Oliver
Beautiful work. I know how difficult it is to combine all those linkages and get the timing so perfect. A lot to be said for building a best estimate first. Nice.
I love the subtilties which you explain, its these that make all the difference, absolutely brilliant. I hate to think how many interactions must have been required to get this right. thank you for sharing
I think my strengths lie-in knowing what will work before I build. I have had many a year of experimenting and failures, but lessons learnt. I’m glad you enjoyed the videos, thank you for commenting and all the best in your automata builds.
Big fan of the channel Oliver! recommendation to take a stab at creating "shorts" with this style of content. I bet the algorithm would serve you well!
Thank you, Yes, I’ve just started doing this style of short video on my other social media platforms. Now I’m focusing more on my RUclips channel. If “shorts” help promote the channel then I’ll definitely add some content and thank you for the recommendation!
Olá sou do Brasil e gostaria de saber como faço para adquirir um Running man automaton, Hello, I'm from Brazil and I would like to know how to buy a Running man automaton,
i saw one more mistake :-)) his neck is way too thin , make it more realistic please , thicker neck :-) i love your marathon very much , great work , keep making it better !!
Fantastic, man!!!
I have never seen a runner so perfect
Hi Oliver

One of the best true motion automaton I have seen. The runner looks smooth and all of the limbs seemed timed perfectly. outstanding work!
Thank you Bill

Amazing work! Thanks for sharing.
So clever and ingenious!
good detail
I am absolutely fascinated by this wonderful automata! Thank you for this excellent video sharing your creation.

so well done , the runner is so realistick beautifull smooth movements

Very impressive work
My favorite RUclips channel ever!!!! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you Carol,
Stay tuned as I have a lot more content planned!

Beautiful
That is so neat! I wish I can build one!
Thank you!
Excelente trabajo ! Felicidades !
great build! fascinating mechanics... let's see which linkages can also be implemented with Lego
Hi Oliver,
Your automaton is wonderful!
Thank you for this very interesting video explaining so clearly the complex and clever mechanism.
Thank you so much Jean-Louis, I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Hi Oliver,
Thank you for your answer.
I am trying to make the same automaton

would be really nice to see step by step video , how to start making it from beginning !
Wow!👏👏
Great
Good

soy de Colombia. graciasMe guatan estos mecanismos a donde los puedo conseguir. Sistema operativo
Muito bom otimo
How did you design all the mechanics?
Hey Oliver - thanks for sharing the design! Can I use it for studies in CAD? I want to replicate the mechanism in the software Fusion 360.
Please feel free to use the design.
Olá sou do Brasil e gostaria de saber como faço para adquirir um Running man automaton,
Hello, I'm from Brazil and I would like to know how to buy a Running man automaton,
Hi Sidney, if you go to my website www.mechanicalcreations.co.uk
Your find information on how to purchase.
Kind regards,
Oliver
👍💐👌
any measurements of these parts ? i'm soo eager to start making one :-))) such a challenge :-))
To be honest, most of my plans are incoherent. However I am considering producing commercial plans that can be easily followed.
@@mechanicalOlly1977 one day i will make one myself ....and i would love to make him very realistic ....face expressions ....clothing ..etc ...
yes a nice drawing plan with measurements of each part would be very clear to understand
i saw one more mistake :-)) his neck is way too thin , make it more realistic please , thicker neck :-) i love your marathon very much , great work , keep making it better !!
My wife made the exact same comment, unfortunately it was to late for me to change it!
Brilliant!
