I am from Russia, Western Siberia to be exact (no, it’s not that bad ). My husband and I have lived
in Asheville since 2004 and absolutely love it here! In 2015 we became parents to a baby boy, Dmitry (named after my grandfather). And in January 2020 Dmitry became a big brother to Katya. We share our home with 2 dogs: Puma and Romeo, who are a pitbull and a jack russell (no, it’s not that bad 😆 ).

We LOVE East Asheville. Everything Elena mentioned is so true … very convenient to good shopping, but uncongested with lots of space … and great hiking in the Blue Ridge Parkway.

East AVL is so freaking convenient and has the best established neighborhoods IMO like Beverly Hills and the golf course area. Great video!

Can't wait till I get a car so I can move to Asheville... How about parks, natural beauty (I know it's in the mountains) ? I've only been there twice with my parents, and have never really explored Asheville by myself.
The mountains are everywhere, we live in the mountains. Access to trails is everywhere. Don’t have to go too far at all
That’s why we moved out of Asheville. We purchased a 3/2 home 1,300 sq ft. Home has a concrete block shed that measures 17’x21’
All we paid for our home was 100K. Our mortgage payment is $619.85 a month.
