Thanks for the helpful video. I have 4 755s and have to replace a noisy fan in one of them. A bigger job than most but this video helped . Most jobs in the 755 can be done with no tools. :)

Hi, I'd like to put a graphics card in my old Dell PC (that's why I am watching this video) and I don't really know much about PCI slots. What is the PCI slot that your GPU was pluged in (if it is PCI, could be AGP)? I don't think that is a 16x, could be 8x?
the video slot is a pci express slot. there is pci also and most computers dont even have them anymore. then regardless of what the slot speed was, buy a 16x nvid 760 card or newer. even if the board limits its preformance, when you go to upgrade the card will work better in newer systems. gluck
im not sure if my component for the 330 is upside down because theres no plug in place for it. its the samsung component like i said before i think its upside down because i cant plug the wires in so yea. alsio thanks for the help i know now that im not missing a component for this video
just purchase a Usb wifi adapter , much easier ,, you can put it in any computer and never have to open the case. i found some good ones on ebay most come with an install disk too
I need help...So i have a precision T1650 and wanna change my case for better cooling for my GTX 1050 Ti but i dont know what front panel layout my mainboard has...Dell have a single cable but in the new case i have many solo cables..pls help if everybody knoe the layout
Not easily, in the dell case, the mobo is mounted on the right panel. If you put a normal mobo in a dell case, all the io ports will face the front and also the mounting screw positions on the case are not the same as what a normal mobo requires. Unless you want to mod the case, and use extender cable on all the io so they go out the back. Then I would recommend not.
I absolutely HATE the way PCIe slot is located at the rear, right beside the big, vulnerable capacitors. You can't fit any GPU that's even remotely thick and dual-slot ones are out of the question. My 755 MT has a GT440 Mac Edition GPU (Basically a GT730) and that's one of the handful of GPUs that'd fit inside that thing and still provide reasonable gaming performance. Dell 9xx MT systems are WAY better as they're almost 100% ATX compliant.
Fan was the hardest part to take off, but all I had to do was push the tab up Lol. No cap.
Took my two days to find a video like this that does a full teardown of a MT case and not SFF. Thank you.

Yes if it fits. If your power supply cannot handle it, then do not do it because it is not a good idea to exceed the maximum wattage.

Well, you can. You have to get one that would be able to fit in your dell optiplex case, but it also can't go over the wattage limit.
