You need to have new folder only for these "game" zips and be sure you have all zips from 001 to 017. Then when you upack 001 it will automaticly unpack rest as one. Hope it will help you

Then try to reformat your sd card or use new one with same specs to your old sd card and write the backup image using IMAGEUSB.

Inside you will find the ps2 folder. Copy the ps2 folder itself then plug your sd card in you PC or Laptop and locate "game" (folder).
