Do you know of Schagerl has started making the bass version of the Raven. I remember seeing a video of James Morrison playing one but when I enquired about availability Schagerl suggested I buy a super one instead as the Bass Raven was not yet in production.

Why did they change the name Trent? Was it a copyright issue with the naming?
Yes with another maker in the us.
Is the Raven considered a rotary valve cornet?
No not really. I'm getting a new one of these in a few days and I'll do a longer video with my new model fully describing what I think about the instrument I think it's much more of a hybrid creation that is super versatile
