Hi Jeff, your videos are extremely helpful. Im interviewing for a Partnership Sales role within GMP and will have the GCA interview anytime soon. Could you share more examples of Q&A related to sales roles? Thanks a lot!
Hi Jeff! I want to give you a heartfelt THANK YOU!!! I just started my new job at Meta (Reality Labs team) as a Content Strategist. I watched your videos religiously, and it is because of you that I did well on the interviews, because I knew how to approach each question! Just a shoutout to everyone here watching: THIS STUFF WORKS! And Jeff is here to save us all! Once again, I'm deeply grateful and I wish you all the very best!
Hi Jeff! I just wanted to say thank you to all your videos and amazing contents you are providing. Google has been my dream company for a long time so every time I an having interviews with Google, your videos have been of a big big help to me! I just signed offer letter with Google and will soon to become a Noogler! I cant thank you enough - thanks Jeff and keep going with ur youtube channel💪🏻💪🏻
Thank you for your video!! I have one question. GCA interview has hypothetical questions and behavioral questions. Should be “CFAST” used only for hypothetical question? About behavioral question, how should I answer? STAR metrology?
Smith, you are guaranteed to get hypothetical questions in the GCA interview, behavioral questions, sometimes. Yes, use the CFAS Method for hypothetical questions and the STAR Method for behavioral questions.
Hi Jeff. Thanks for amazing, super helpful video. I'm preparing for my Associate Account Strategist (L3 position) interview. I'm just wondering if it's a good idea to say to my interviewer that I wanna be a professional marketer who uses Data Analysis as a tool of Marketing, so I'm currently studying Google Analytics. I started studying Google Analytics like a weeks ago, so I just have a little theoretical knowledge. (I got a Google Analytics certification for 'Beginners') Do you think my long-term career goal fits for the position? Thanks.
Jenna, it is really important to focus on showing interest for the role you are interviewing for and while data analytics skills will be valuable in this role, be careful with introducing or trying to force information that might not be 100% relevant, good luck!
hey Jeff love your content please keep them coming, so i had my first interview with google fiber on the technical part i feel like i crushed it. the position is for Technical operations manager. their also have me listed for another position Program manager. i see a lot of info on your videos and level.FYI on program manager but none on technical operation manager? just looking for some info i feel like program is a higher position but not sure how google fiber runs these. any info.
Victor, I want you to follow similar methodologies for this role as you would for a Program Manager role with a slightly more technical and tactical approach. The roles should pay similar, but maybe about 10% less for a Tech Ops Mgr.
Leave the Lights on Please The Channel, it's tough that we have to plan so much, but this is what it takes, well, for most us that want to pass these tough interviews.
Hi everyone! I wanted to cover a more generic GCA question, let me know your thoughts!

Should we try to provide 3 solutions, or are you providing 3 examples of solutions?
Christopher, good question. Ideally, we build one bigger solution off of our specific assumptions. I hope that answers your question!
what is GCA ?
