I have 2 separate questions that asked many times and didn’t get a right without hesitate answer. 1- Which foot should be front and which foot rear? 2- How we should manage our weight?? When more weight must be on the front foot and when on the rear??
Sorry but I am a visual learner and saying not more shoulders but more hip turn, feet pressure etc I am not clear on how to implement that without more rope load
