Awesome vids. Thanks for the tips. Like many skiers around the world we are not very close to coaches, demo equipment or others who ski on a regular basis. But we have just as much fun as anybody else!!!
No worries. Feel free to exaggerate the soft knees edge change when you are testing it out. Just play around with it. Good luck. Let me know when you run 11
Did some free skiing today and worked on soft knees right after the wake. Started to feel that quick edge change and back to straight legs pretty quick getting ready for the turn. Funny thing is I have done this a million times before but for hard boot snow boarding (down hill/slalom snowboarding). I always thought the similarities were there but now they are almost identical. 2020 ,among other things, will be the year I “REALLY” Learned how to slalom ski. Also I have learned the stack position better in the last 2 months.
Love these videos, so awesome to see my friend Nick getting some great advice!! Thanks Joel!
