Yes - on your character sheet it will tell you your main stats (int/echo for flute/fairy)
How can i get golden equipment like weapon or something else?
Gold equipment comes from challenge tales like snow caves hard, fest of battles, etc. You craft it with the materials from those.

Sorry to say but I don't play this game anymore - the NA population was declining a lot and it was quite difficult to keep a guild going. I think if they had more of the guild features at release the population wouldn't have dropped so fast.
