Nice build. Just one comment: Why don't you use Anti Seize grease at all?Not on the brake bolts, when pressing the head set, installing the bottom bracket, etc. On all non-moving parts in contact with titanium.
We use it on BB shell but don't think it's needed on some other parts you mention, each to your own but we would rather use grease on headsets than anti seize
