    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад +2

      Pre isolating and then making your fan and then isolating and then placing the glue helps when you struggle isolating. When you make your fan and then try to isolate it'll be hard trying to isolate with one had. I like to isolate first that way I know exactly which lash I'm going to put the extension at and then I make my fan and then isolate again. Normally the lashes are a little spread out so it easy to find the lash again

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад

      No I mention all 3 types because I'm using all those 3 diameters in this video. .03 is for megavolume. 05 is for volume and I use .04 for volume and sometimes for megavolume. That's why I mentioned .04 because you can get away using that diameter for both styles. But like I said in the video if it's too confusing you can use .03 for megavolume and .05 for volume.

    @t.e.e.t.e.a7027 3 года назад +1

    This brand is so expensive, I don’t u detest and how u can make money when u have to spend so much. I went to buy some understanding it would cost more then others if they are good, but man lol I wasn’t ready for that price. Maybe once I get better and can charge more, I’ll get them

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад

      It's about the same price point as most good quality brands. The cheaper the brand the lower quality it is. I know because I've tried so many brands to save a pretty penny and it just didn't end up working out for me because the products were so cheap. And I do agree with you. but if you think about it if you're buying better quality products you can charge more. You definitely don't want to be buying cheap products and be charging so much when your products aren't even good to begin with. So that's the upside of buying better products is that you can up charge more and your clients will see a difference because their lashes will feel better and their lashes will last longer because the glue is better. but if you don't have that many clients and if you aren't making that much money you definitely don't want to spend all your money on expensive products. Definitely save up until you can afford it and if you are going to go that route then definitely bump up your prices. In the end of benefits you because you'll be making more money charging more and you'll get more clients because they're going to see that you're using good quality products. It just depends on what you want to do and if you want to spend that money if not it's okay it's all up to you like I said.

    • @molinalizbeth86
      @molinalizbeth86 3 года назад

      It’s not really any different than other good quality lash products , but Ido understand you in the sense that at the moment I don’t have a full time client base because of covid and can’t afford to spend that money on products, so what I do is I buy my stuff from Livbay and do Afterpay, that cuts it down in 4 payments and helps me out a lot, you don’t want cheap products either just to save because in the long run it will affect you and clients will definitely see the difference between your products and others , hope this helps you out

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад

      Your are totally right. When I 1st started no brand had the payment options so i had to pay full price for everything. And I 1st started of using livbay lash. I had about 3 clients All your long And I was not making any money at all because all my money was going back into buying more glue in more lashes just for those 3 clients. But to me it was an investment that I had to make because my clients were paying me to make them look beautiful So to me it was worth paying that money To get them good quality products. To me the reason why I didn't care about investing all the money I made back woz because those girls were gonna be walking around with my work on and if they had bad quality lashes people were gonna know right away and if they try to recommend any of their friends or family that will be like oh no she has really ugly lashes are not gonna go to her. So that was my thinking on why I would invest every single penny on buying good quality lashes because I don't want girls walking around with ugly lashes on I'd rather have them walking around With beautiful lashes and Crosby like oh yeah she uses good products on where to go to her. I guess it just depends on what everyone wants to do and I understand people have bills to Pay. So to each their own.

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад +2

      Well if you are pro making the fan you will definitely want to remove all the glue that way it dries down completely and it doesn't have a ball of glue. And then did explain in the video that I go in again and dip it only on the back of the base where you will attach it to the natural Lash so I do redip it but not the whole entire thing only the back of the base and then I attach it to the natural Lash.

    Do all your fans have to be the same
    Like can I do 5d and 7d or do they all have to be the same dimension

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  2 года назад

      If your looking for perfect symmetry then yes. I try not to focus too much on that. Just because some lashes can take on more weight while other need light fans. I make my fans according to the style of set I'm doing and how her natural lashes can handle the weight. Say I'm doing a full set with 10d fans but she has some medium size lashes that are still growing out I will put a 7d fan so I don't put too much weight on that extension. And the baby lashes I will avoid overall. My point is you can do whatever you like. You want them super perfect then yes make them the same.

      How is the grip on your tweezers? Like Natasha said your might be using too much glue and your don't have a good enough grip on your tweezers that any movement closes them.

    When you pro make your fans.... does the fan dry by time you isolate the lash and ready to place? Thank you for all the helpful tips! 💕

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад +3

      okay so in the video I taught how to pro make your fans while lashing at the same time so I like to pro make my fans and remove all the EX's glue and dry them off that way the glue dries and and pretty much dries down to the point where the Lash is not going to move it's not going to close on you and the reason why I taught this in this video is because a lot of girls had an issue with their fan closing when you would place them on the natural lash so only do that if you do have that issue if you don't then you don't have to do it but when the fan dries I dip it again in the glue just a little bit only on the back of the base that way when you apply to the natural lash there is glue that is able to attach to the Lash. Cuz if you do what I did where you permit the fan and you let it dry obviously there's no glue that fan is not going to be sticking because the glue is completely dry so make sure to redip it but just a little bit if you see that there is a bottle of glue you added way too much glue. So make sure to only dip the back of the base and only a little bit.

    • @AllThingsTashy
      @AllThingsTashy 3 года назад +1

      Try a slower drying adhesive, I’d think the adhesive is curing before it gets to the lash

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад +1

      is your humidity and room temperature on point to match your glue? And do you wash and prime your clients lashes before application? They are probably not sticking and sliding because of the oils in her lashes or your room temperature doesn't match your glue.

    Do you ever use 0.7 or when do you recommend it ? I’ve been using 0.7 for about a year now and often have clients with very thin lashes understand when to use certain diameters lol

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад

      Yes. Technically it's called Russian volume. And it's rare when I do. For volume I like to stick to .05 since the lashes are lighter they won't be so heavy on thin lashes.

    • @Iamfiance56
      @Iamfiance56 3 года назад

      @@YoyisLashBeauty Oh okay so 0.7 is mainly used for Russian volume ?

    • @YoyisLashBeauty

      Pretty much. But russian volume is its own technique within itself. You definitely need to take a course to master it because everything has to be on point.

    I seen a girl putting glue on the lashes an the applying on her eyelash line an after her eye look super irritated. Is that normal or not. ?

    • @YoyisLashBeauty
      @YoyisLashBeauty  3 года назад

      Are you talking about strip lashes? Because strip lashes are meant to go on the lash line. Lash extensions are not supposed to go on the lash line it's supposed to go on each individual lash away from the lash line. If they are list on the lash line it can cause irritation. That's why you should never DIY your own lash extensions. If not done by a professional you can damage your lashes.
