You are an angel!! Thank you so very much for sharing all this information! I’m learning sooo much from you! Been up most of the night binge watching all your videos!! Thank you a million times!!
Thank you so much for your video . Very informative 💖🙏. I love how the lashes came out . I just don't understand your lash map I has many numbers, I know it's for the layers but idk which numbers are the top and bottom layers. Would you mind making a video on understanding lash layer mapping please . I've been lashing for a year and I've been to 4 lash trainings but I haven't been to a layering class . I just don't understand the maps 😕
Hey hun thanks for watching. So when I do mapping I don't lash different numbers for each layer. I always section off and use that same number on the section. Simple as that. So if you see a 12 only use 12 in that section doesn't matter if that section has 3 rows of NL, just place all 12 on those lashes. And so on. For my whispy sets it gets complicated but for normal sets I like to keep it as simple as I can. I always use lots of numbers to store lashes. You never want to use all 12s for a whole set it doesn't look right. And to use 3 different lengths in one section that's advance stuff to get the perfect lash line that's why most people use 3 different lengths in one section but I don't like the perfect lash line so I stick to one length within each section. If you see a set that has 2 numbers within each section it's because I'm doing a whispy set but other than that most my sets are 1 number withing each section. It's very important to lash map and separate your client's eyes within sections that way it's easier for you to know what length goes where. I'll be doing a video all about lash mapping soon. If you still don't understand what I'm trying to say. But hopefully this made a little more sense.
Hey girl🥰 can you please help me out on how to remember clients sets? Lile how do you know which length/curl you used for each client? Do you write it down?🙈
Tysm for your informative vids, beginning here and I was wondering if the soco stay awhile glue would work with any lashes? Currently working w “prolash” lashes. Ty for your advice 🖤
I love your videos. So glad I found you. My only prob is I’m in Germany and many of these amazing products you use they don’t habe here 😩😩 always looking for alternatives. You are amazing!
Im about to make my first purchase on SoCo Lashes! I’ve been using LivBay Magnetic Vibe, how would you say their adhesives are? So far that’s the best glue I’ve used personally BUT I have had a couple clients have some retention issues with it. So I’m excited to try SoCo. But also I live on the coast of WA so it’s pretty humid here. I’ll be getting the Potion No7 adhesive.
Pretty new at lashing! Going to try the SoCo primer and sealant. I know the glues last 4-6 weeks. Do you know how long the primer and sealent last after opened. I don’t have a lot of clients yet so I will not be using it often this is why I ask
Of course. I did show in my last artist Q&A how to do it. It's very simple so check out that video so you can get an understanding of how I do them but if you're still confused let me know and I'll make a separate video all about It
Thank you for this! Very clear filming and helpful! I'm curious if you have ever tried Stacy lash primer and adhesive and if so, how it compares to SoCo? I just ordered based on rave reviews on retention & .5-1 second time. Primer $16, Evolution adhesive $22. I would love to see your thoughts if you've tried it or a review on how it compares to your products in this video I may order the soco myself 🥰
Thanks hun. I'm glad it was helpful. So I actually haven't tried Stacey Lash primer and glue. So I can't give you a comparison. But I will add it to the list of brands to try 😘
I guess it depends on the glue because I know if my room gets too cold and too much humidty I see a difference in the glue. Hey babe I watched one of your videos a while back and I could've swore I had subscribed I'm so sorry! But I see that your killing it! 🙌😘
Wow! You are such a beautiful lash artist! Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos and teach newbies like me how to lash perfectly! So my question is; what are your thoughts/ feelings about Stacy Lash products?
Your so sweet! Thanks hun! That's what I'm here for... So to be honest not my cup of tea. The glues are not my fav, fumes are strong. Would never repurchase. The only thing I liked from the brand was their cream adhesive remover (perfect for beginners) and their lash bath/shampoo.. 😆 just being honest
There's a bunch of lash artist all around. Well depends where you live at. You just have to look hard. Look for hashtags in your area on instagram. You'll be surprised how many you will find
Omg 😳 Im so sorry!! I just get so caught up answering that I guess it's hard for me to accept the compliment just because I know there so many good lash artist out there. It means a lot that she feels that way and I know it's so hard trusting anyone with your eyes especially when there's so many bad lash techs who don't care for their clients. I hope she found someone good or even better 🙌
Oh no, didn’t mean for you to apologize but from reading all your comments - it’s quite obvious people are impressed with your skills & teaching ability. 🙌🏼
Thank you so much! I fill with my phone since it's not as bulky as my camera and doesn't get in my way. I have the samsung galaxy s20+ ultra and it has the 100× zoom so It helps me zoom in close without looking grainy. I have a video on how I make fans. But I'll be making an updated on on the difference between volume and mega volume fans so be on the lookout for that. But go ahead and check out my old video on fans.
Thank you for this video! My question would be what glues would you recommend to use for beginners since the stay a while glue is only a 1 second dry time??
I came across your lash extension video and I am trying to find a eyelash extension sealant and I don't know which is good. Is there one that you can recommend me 100%?
No I don't use easy fan lashes. When I first started premade fans and easy fan lashes weren't around so I had to learn the hard way on how to do fans so now that easy fan is available I've never been interested on trying them lol so I can't give you my honest opinion on how they work and if they hold up well. I know Socolashes has easy fan lashes just I don't need them since I'm so used to pinching her regular lashes.
Aw thanks babe. So to be honest I've never taken online training so I cant give you my honest opinion of any. But I know Socolashes does have online training. Check out their website and check it out.
How I wished soco lashes did Afterpay or something like that so i can try their products ☹️ for now I will stick to livbay not only because they help out so much by using Afterpay, but also because I don’t have any problems with their products so far
Everyone's humidity and temperature will be different. So what works for me won't work for you so. I haven't used Socolashes in a year so I don't remember what my room temperature and humywas set at. Check the bottle or their website to see what they recommend for it. I do live in a very dry place so like I mentioned what worked for me might not work for you so adjust your room temperature and humyto best match your glue.
Amazing video. Question: I saw a video where the girl was saying that you don't need to prime because it dries out the natural lashes so you won't get great retention. Is that true? TY
Honestly everybody goes about it their own way. But in my personal experience I do both. I always wash your lashes and prime because I feel like the more dry the lashes are the better the retention is period and it is the only thing that has helped me have amazing retention. There is nothing wrong with having your lashes dry because in the application will be better. like I said everybody has your own opinion everybody does things differently everybody goes about it differently but this is the only way that has worked for me is if I wash and prime their lashes and honestly my work shows for it because my retention is amazing I have girls coming in at 4 months with full sets obviously I have to take some off because of the growth period but is what has worked for me
You'll learn as you go what works for you and what doesn't . There's nothing wrong with experimenting and trying new ways period so yeah you can just wash your lashes and not prime them or you could wash and prime and see how both of them work for you honestly it's just my opinion and that's what works for me but like I said you can always do what you think will work better for you.
Hey hun. So I'm trying to get the hang of easy fan lashes. I've actually never used them because when I got started they weren't around so I had to learn how to make a fan that hard way. So now that I'm trying to learn how to use them I can't seem to get the hang of it. I just find it wierd that I have no control over the bases. I just need to out in some work to figure it out. Once I get the hang of it and if I like it I'll do a video. But I honestly won't ever recommend something I don't like so just keep in mind if I don't do a video it's probably because it didn't work for.
Do you feel lik when you pull back the lashes w tape that it gets to stuck and hard to remove ? I have trouble w that and taping the bottom lashes as well😭
You need to rub the tape on the back of your hand to remove the stickiness that way the lashes don't get stuck and you can use your Tweezers to remove any that are stuck. But as long a syou rub it on the back of your hand lots of times they won't get stuck.
Your probably using too much glue that that your putting to much pressure when your pulling it apart from the natural lash so your tearing it. Try using less glue. They should come off easily. Let me know if that helps
Hi darling. I checked soco glue and sealer . But I am in Australia and the shipping is over $40 . It’s so expensive for shipping. Can you ask soco if she can make cheaper shipping?
I'm sorry hun but I have no control of what she does with her brand/business. It has alot to do with how much the postal service charges for shipping overseas. That's probably why it's so expensive.
It's not about minutes. What makes a good lash artist is how patient they are with their work, so that means not rushing it. If anyone is finishing a set under an hour, that's rushed work and most likely won't be fully done or will have a bunch stuck together. A good lash artist takes her time, so sometimes it can take as long as 3-4 hours to complete a full set. This all depends on how many natural lashes the client has, so the more lashes, the more work. The overall goal is to lash each lash to get better lasting results. So each session will be different because each clients lashes are different.
You can do whatever you like. But the whole point of a sealer is so you don't have to mist. The sealer does everything for you so that means less work. It's one less thing you have to worry about. And the best part about the sealer is that it'll give you better retention than a Mister will mister doesn't really do much other than create humidity in the air that way your glue dries down faster. But a sealer dries the glue 100% inside out so it is 10 times better than misting
They are pretty much the same thing just different companies name it differently but a sealer and super bonder have the same ingredients and do the same thing
Most glues that dry slow (beginner glues) aren't always the best with retention. But I know of a glue that's coming soon to the market that will change everything so I will be doing a video soon about it.
on their website socolashes.com but just a heads up shipping might be a little more because shipping overseas is a little more pricey. just wanted to let you know so your not shocked.
I love your videos and explanations, however I found your set way too long to be safe for the natural lashes though. I've learnt lengths should be around 2mm longer than NL yours are almost the double of the NL, not sure whether is good according to I was taught 🤔😳
I can assure you the length was perfectly healthy for her natural lashes. She has healthy thick lashes. Yes that rule applies to how thin and thick your clients lashes are and what diameter you are using for your fans. I use .04 volume lashes and they are super light weight so I'm able to make my lenghts a little longer because her lashes can handle it because I'm taking weight off the fan because I chose to use lighter lashes. Everyone teaches differently and I can see why it scares you but I always focus my fans and lengths around my clients natural lashes. You definitely don't want to be adding 20mm lashes on really thin small natural lashes. But I can assure you the length and weight of the extensions are perfectly fine and her natural lashes have not been damaged or won't be damaged. As you can see how well her extensions have grown out and her lashes are still perfectly fine and thick and healthy.
It's up to you. Your preference. I do it to all my clients. Everyone teaches differently and prefers to lash a certain way but it's up to you how you'd like to go about it.
Check out my new updated retention video it is my new recent video I just posted it a couple days ago and I go more into detail in that video. It is a pretty long video but trust me I go into detail and try to help you narrow it down of what could be causing bad retention. In this video I pretty much just showed me doing a fill and kind of talking over it but in my new updated video I used different products but I mainly just talked about some tips and pointers that can help you out
I don't have anyone to help me record while I'm lashing that's the best that I can get for right now. I'm working on getting different angles so just bare with me
Hey hun. No I haven't. It can be very dangerous to have pointy tweezers around your open eyes and the fact that you have to have your eyes open to do your own lashes is so bad because of the fumes of the glue will hurt your eyes. And you need to properly isolate or you can damage your natural lashes. I don't recommend it. And besides Im allergic to extensions so I can't wear them anymore 😭 so even if I could wear them I wouldn't even dare to do them on myself.
Lmao oh no girl it's very dangerous your dealing with pointy tweezers with your open eyes. And you can get a bad chemical burn from the glue so please don't try it at home 😘
Can you make a video the pros and cons working from home, and how to you book / organize your appointments ?
That would be a good video! Thanks hun! I'll add it to the list 😅 so much to do 🙌
You should try the app “appointments” it’s super easy for your clients to set up appointments and helps track down your schedule
It's through spuareapp right? Because I use the appointment app but its through spuareapp and I love it.

My question would be what glues would you recommend to use for beginners since the stay a while glue is only a 1 second dry time??
Livbay Lash has good beginner glues.
Hi what kind of good sensitive glue do you recommend and where can I order it?
Do you know if the soco lash sensitive glue is just as good as the stay awhile glue ?
hey girl love your videos! what camera do you use to record?
I use my phone. I have the samsung s20 ultra. My camera is too bulky to get the close up shots.
I came across your lash extension video and I am trying to find a eyelash extension sealant and I don't know which is good. Is there one that you can recommend me 100%?

Any glue is good with whatever lashes you use. No glue is meant for specific lashes. So yes you can use Soco glue for whatever lashes you are using.
Can you seal again later ?
How I wished soco lashes did Afterpay or something like that so i can try their products ☹️ for now I will stick to livbay not only because they help out so much by using Afterpay, but also because I don’t have any problems with their products so far

Have you ever tried the sky glue ?
From what brand?
Okay girl I see you 👏🏼
I see you too boo 😘
Hi (: when using the glue do you make sure your temp and humidity is optimal to what your glue should be at?
Yes. Always. Glue will work better if your room is at the correct humdity and temperature.
What is your humidity and temp for socolashes?
Everyone's humidity and temperature will be different. So what works for me won't work for you so. I haven't used Socolashes in a year so I don't remember what my room temperature and humywas set at. Check the bottle or their website to see what they recommend for it. I do live in a very dry place so like I mentioned what worked for me might not work for you so adjust your room temperature and humyto best match your glue.
Good work
Thank you 😊
Amazing video.

What glue do you recommend for beginner lash artist? :)
Following I need a glue with better Retention
What glue would you recommend for a beginner who isn’t ready for a 1 second dry time glue ?
And would the sealer work with other glues?
Socolashes has a beginner glue. It's called Lash Potion No7 it's a slower dry time glue and it works beautifully with the primer and sealer.
Yes Soco sealer does work well with other glues if used correctly.
Yoyis Lash&Beauty thank you anyway darling.
How many minutes can you finish in every session? In doing eyelash extensions
It's not about minutes. What makes a good lash artist is how patient they are with their work, so that means not rushing it. If anyone is finishing a set under an hour, that's rushed work and most likely won't be fully done or will have a bunch stuck together. But a sealer dries the glue 100% inside out so it is 10 times better than misting
are you sponsored by so co? why’s the glue so good ?
No. All the products and brands I talk about in all my videos I am not sponsored by any of them. They are products that work for me.
👌👌👌❤❤❤
Do you think a lash sealant or bonder is better?
They are pretty much the same thing just different companies name it differently but a sealer and super bonder have the same ingredients and do the same thing
@@YoyisLashBeauty Oh ok thanks! Also, how long do they usually last?
Can I use the sealer with a different glue, you think ?
Yes you can.
what is a good lash glue for beginners?
Most glues that dry slow (beginner glues) aren't always the best with retention. But I know of a glue that's coming soon to the market that will change everything so I will be doing a video soon about it.
iam from israel how i can bye the product for soko lashes
on their website socolashes.com but just a heads up shipping might be a little more because shipping overseas is a little more pricey. just wanted to let you know so your not shocked.
Do you make your own fans or do you purchase them premade from soco?
I always make my own fans. Only time I use pre-mades is on emergencies. But I still haven't tried the Soco pre-mades.
What is website to buy products.?
Everything is linked in the description
Where can I buy the lash wash and does it burn?
I make my own with Prolong Concentrate. I have a video all about it. And no it doesn't burn. It's meant for the eyes and extensions.
What kind of brush are you using to apply the sealer??
I got them from Amazon. They are called Hauchnet applicators
Thank you so much! If you have a link, that would be lovely 🥰
Just added it
how old do you have to be to do the lash tech course
At least 18 and have a license in either cosmetology or Esthetics
I was told to not prime every client ☹️☹️ what do i do?
It's up to you. Your preference. I do it to all my clients. Everyone teaches differently and prefers to lash a certain way but it's up to you how you'd like to go about it.
Add products and tools in description 🙏🏾
Products and tools are in the description box hun.
Ouuuu yessssss
💋❤️
How long does each bottle last you?
Each bottle of what? Lash bath, primer, sealer....???
Or video that shows them already
❤️
😘
Do you still use this glue?💕
No I don't. I came out with my own glue so i don't use other brands anymore.
😘😘
Yaaas girl !
Hey babe! ❤️💋
My glue is $40 and retention isn’t that good I think it’s def me 😮💨
Check out my new updated retention video it is my new recent video I just posted it a couple days ago and I go more into detail in that video. It is a pretty long video but trust me I go into detail and try to help you narrow it down of what could be causing bad retention. In this video I pretty much just showed me doing a fill and kind of talking over it but in my new updated video I used different products but I mainly just talked about some tips and pointers that can help you out
Why, don't you do a full frontal view of the face, so we can see the full effect.
I don't have anyone to help me record while I'm lashing that's the best that I can get for right now. I'm working on getting different angles so just bare with me
Have you ever tried to do your own lashes?
@@YoyisLashBeauty thank you
Phew... lucky I saw this! Was going to attempt it 🤣
Lmao oh no girl it's very dangerous your dealing with pointy tweezers with your open eyes. And you can get a bad chemical burn from the glue so please don't try it at home 😘
The glue costs 50 €
Yes it is pretty pricey but it's so worth it. Nothing compares to that glue.
