- Have you ever taken a bit out of an olive thinking it was pitted only to find out by injecting your 3rd mulered tooth into your brain, that it wasnt?
Well, how about one out of metal!

Now do metal olive oil.
Or maybe metal Nutella?
metal olive oil -> evaporust?
No no no. Metal salt shaker. full of olives.
Now do death metal olive oil.
This is the way
Uri's natural blend of pure craftsmanship and utter shitpost always make for amazing videos.
I appreciate this very apt description
This
It doesn’t hurt to have one of the coolest names on RUclips…
"I'm lazy" says the guy who made a brass salt and pepper shaker with the shape of an olive on a toothpick with his own hands...
Wonders will never cease!
Isn't he the most humble guy on RUclips. He gives me hope in humanity.
haha wonder the same
@@frankierzucekjr indeed, a very kind and gifted men.
@@dixingxu Aaah vi lo que hiciste con ese juego de palabras jaja
See, im lazy because sometimes I run to the store and back simply because it's faster and will ease my patience more. Sometimes you expend extra energy out of laziness, but only because it costs less depending on the situation. It costs way less energy for me to jog for 10, 20 minutes than to walk for an hour and a half, especially when I have stuff in the day I need to do. A lot of our western culture at least relies on the philosophy that work has to be hard - but some brilliant people know work is only the procedure you use to get the task done. Maximize the procedure, and you maximize proficiency and efficiency
Uri you are the answer to the question ‘What would happen if Leonardo DaVinci had power tools’

I really dig the way you tied everything together into a whole story.
same here
One might argue that the solution to this problem is carrying a larger sandwich. Thanks for this cool, fun video, Uri!!
...or a smaller case.
@@didndido3638 Yes! A sandwich-sized suitcase!
@@KeithOlson ... a lunchbox?
@@hiromi6234 Pffft. That would be *HIGHLY* impractical. The only *reasonable* solution is a perfect replica of a full-sized suitcase that *exactly* fits a single sandwich, preferably with a tiny combination lock on the latch to keep thieves from stealing the contents. Perhaps a collab with Clucksprung is in order.
@@KeithOlson I must sincerely apologise for my absolute mornity to suggest such a stupid and impractical item. You are so right. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for teaching me the error of my ways in such a kind fashion, rather than merely criticising and bashing my foolish thoughts.
I get way to much enjoyment from Uri and his bizarre maker projects. The intro was SO good btw.
I think you broke the record for the most beautiful and weird salt and pepper set. Amazing as always. Love your projects, and keep us laughing.
Uri: makes a metal olive from scratch
Also Uri: says *"sorry I'm lazy"* for using a power tool
I don't think you know what lazy means haha
xD "You keep using that word. I don not think it means what you think it means.." ~Inigo Montoya
Everyone has their own ideals on laziness, for him it is using power tools.
Not a fan of olives, but I was happy to see this one in my feed!
They work well in Martinis. This one, though, maybe not so much.
@LaserGadgets I just saw you commenting on Luke's channel, but I see you have some very cool stuff on yours. God, I love that steampunk sword!
In your feed 😉 I see what you did there.
@@arizonabuckeye Actually an accident, but lets say I had a bright moment for once :>
Thanks! No worries, this tastes much better than a real olive 😁
"We Happy?"
"..."
"Yo, WE HAPPY?"
"No... sandwich everywhere."
I loved how you opened that mess and thought "I need a brass olive salt shaker!"
You sir are a genius!
Loved the intro to this video! There's yet another side to you that we saw indulged today.
And as for the olives: small is so, so beautiful. Don't limit them to the world's restaurants, Yuri -- everyone should have their own personal salt and pepper.... er, olives!
Oh Uri you beautiful lunatic!
Your videos always make my day.
Wonderful work.
Thank you
that description deserves a like on its own
I can feel how you put your whole heart into every creation. It’s a honor to be let into your process
Love it, especially the leaf and stem, came out incredibly well.
The intro had me in tears, really hit my sense of humour!
Dear Uri, you made RUclips make sense to me, I learn and laugh so much with your videos, thank you very much
Your attention to detail never ceases to amaze. Lovely work, as always.
Whimsical would be an understatement, terrific work! Always fun to see what you’ll come up with, greetings from Australia my friend!
Your videos are always so entertaining
I just love how ridiculously random your creativity is, God only knows what goes on in your head but your passion and projects turn out awesome every single time!!! As always sir 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.
P.s one can only imagine what you would have made if you decided that you also wanted sauce with your food too 🤣😂😅🤔
Sitting here mumbling to myself about over engineered salt and pepper shakers, but you nailed the gorgeous part of the build. Very well done!!
I'm intrigued, and pleased, and completely satisfied. It is just phenomenal.
To heck with restaurants. There should be a Tuchman Salt & Pepper Set in every lunch box.
I really like how elaborate the setups that justify your weird ideas are.
"I am annoyed by my sandwich coming apart, therefore I'll invent a novelty salt and pepper shaker cum toothpick solution" is exactly why I'm subscribed. Very well done!
I love how when I first subbed it was just a normal metal-working channel. Something to watch when bored and out of curiosity. Now every time I come back it has an added layer of humor and cinematography. Thanks for always striving for better!
I always suffer from cognitive dissonance when watching Uri’s videos. I am always thinking “I want to go and try something like that!” whilst realising, at the same time “There is no way I’d be capable of doing something like that” 😳
The thumbnail had me a title confused....then the reveal of the sandwich in the briefcase had perfect comedic timing 😅
Never change Uri! I love your stuff!
So that's why I don't drink cocktails, I'm missing my metal olive!
Fantastic intro! I loved it!
Unsung, under-appreciated master of brass work, videography, broken English and whimsy. ❤
Olives taste like dirty pennies anyway, so this makes sense...
I follow many makers on RUclips. But I feel no one truly gets me you you do. Funniest shit ever. Thanks
Definitely an unexpected use for a metal olive :D very cool Uri! :)
The production on this vid is off the charts!
I really appreciate the fact, that not all psychopaths are evil... Well done sir. You are mad kind genius!
Seems most of them use commas in the wrong places...
@@StuartMaginnis , no they, don't.
Just means he played you fool 🤣there all evil
great video as always. I appreciate any youtuber who does not say "like and subscribe" its rare now a days, and refreshing to see a youtuber how has not sold their soul to the youtube algorithm.
I know, it's awful that people try to make a living.
I admire "olive" your work Uri! 🫒
That was a joy to watch. Love the craftsmanship and the comedy.
That intro.. 👍
That hand-filing of the stem into a round enough shape for threading was nutty.
A magnificently over engineered solution to a problem everyone has but no one knows about. Subscription well earned.
I watched the intro five times, alwys gave me good chuckle. Great job, I hope we are gonna see more of this in the future
You are beyond all the things. Thank you for bringing tears of laughter so often.
I love you sense of humor and whimsy! Bravo!
Your imagination is unfathomable. And creativity, I think, is unmatched.
Thank you Uri
love that intro, and such amazing craftsmanship! great video
I love your style on things that you craft
How Uri hasn’t turned his door handle into a foot or hand yet is shocking!
I've seen some of Uri's crazy projects, but this video finally convinced me I have to subscribe.
Lovely as always
It goes weirdly in tune with our last dance party... When somebody bitten off a chunk of prop apple in photocorner
Wonderfully extravagant, Mr Tuchman ! (from a country that worships olives since prehistory...)
Uri!! I'm begging you, PLEASE upload more regularly!!! I love your video and think you have immense talent that nneds to be shared with the world!! You need more videos we can like and comment so we can flood the algorithm with your content! Please and thank you! Keep up the great work!!
Brilliant absolutely brilliant ....Maybe next an olive oil dispenser ?
Man that said looks so good right about now. Love the creativeness
Been missing you brother of my soul. Thank you!
I loved the intro to this one lmao! Amazing work Uri!
What a ridiculously satisfying video! From the hilarious opening, to the salty twist! Watching you make things weird and wonderfully crafted, is amazing.
I loved this! I have often wished I could take an idea from my head and make it real. Well done!
30 seconds in and I ALREADY LOVE IT. You're so creative, funny, talented and such a humble man. I wish you all the best my friend. God bless you buddy
Unbelievable. Thank you for the intertainment and your enginuety. Now for the napkin holder. Very VERY nice video!
I’m pretty sure this is going to catch on! Another beautiful project! hUgz, Lee
I love the crazyness of you videos. don't stop.
Oh, thanks youtube for stopping recommending Uri's new videos for the last 7 months.
Love you and your beautiful creations Uri
I liked your nod to 80’s music and video styling or whatever that was. I enjoyed it.
Lol the surprised frustration in your voice “how do I take it out?!?”
Amazingly talented work. You blow me away Uri with everything you do.
Always a joy to watch. Well done!
Very cool, and the new shop looks amazing!
great and humorous and skillful. the patience required makes such work impossible for me. also the lack of greatness, humor and skill.
excellent work! love the nervous energy.
Hey riesen Respekt, das Video war ja mal super Aufwendig! Ich feier es extrem mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail du alles machst!
I have just one word - Genius.
Uri, thank goodness there are still people like you out there 😎
Super cool intro dude 👍👍👍 and the video is great too …. as always! Really dig your stuff ……
beautiful. I gave an audible "Oh wow" when you started shaking out the salt. One of my favourite makey videos, thank you so much Uri
Very clever, very cool. As always it is great to watch a maestro at work. Thank you.
The opening skit was superb!
What a twist! I was certian there would be a few drops of olive oil in it, not salt.
Keep up the good work, I reall enjoy your videos!
Intro was so cool!
Good video Uri!
I can't find the proper words to express the sheer brilliance of your creations. But this one, this one goes light-years beyond.
Bravo! Uri Tuchman!
that intro was amazing. keep up the good work love your videos!
I must condiment you on such a beautiful and functional project.
Always a fun time to watch your videos, thanks for sharing!
The intro has a 007 in Saturday Night Fever flavor. Very cool!
The only word that came to mind was - delightful!
אתה תותח ברמות שאין דברים כאלה. מגיע לך לקבל הרבה יותר צפיות - מקווה שהאלגוריתם יפעל לטובתך אחי :)
And here I was expecting a dry martini. Beautiful work!
Amazing what URI can do. What a brilliant mind.
Metal olives have been around for years. They're the compression part in metal pipe connectors which form a seal when the connector nut is tightened.
Inventive, so inventive. Bravo sir 👌👏👏👍😀
I wish you would make more videos. not only are your videos entertaining but the item's you make are beautiful. you're such a genius.
It is more advanced than olive in every way
Another fantastic art piece! You slay me! van Gogh would be proud of you. It's a privilege to see artistic genius in action.
Great project and an even better video production … acting … special effects!
