Christians in Nagaland have become so obsessed in building the biggest n most luxurious church which is so sad. It has become a kind of competition among the churches when there are so many mission works within n outside the state. So, kudos to the great believers.

Thanks for covering about the church. Now I have finally seen the interiors though I cannot visit in person. It really is beautiful and well planned. The main highlight of this church is the 500kg bell which isn’t a joke. 😅

A lot of people are saying that God doesn't need a big Church, but the whole point of making a big Church there is the capacity. You need to consider the population and it keeps growing. And even if it wasnt for the sole purpose of capacity, what's the harm in bringing him Glory. I'd say kuddos to Zunheboto's people. They did a great job.
But recently Mon with the largest population , has the largest church in Asia. There is no competition, only a matter of bringing glory to our Lord.
This shows Sumis unity. Every one of them must have contributed financially for such a heavy amount.

Not being biased but for a district headquarter where population is fast growing size does matter it's not about showcasing their financial capabilities of a church but also making sure to accommodate every signal believer of the whole town. Justifying any comments about 'the faith is not about size' not forgetting about all the financial hardships they have went through with every little possible contribution of the whole community of zunheboto and it's a blessing.
