    Thank you for putting this up. I love the feeling. I was telling my brother about this and he said there is a style called Bhramari breathing. You hum while putting your fingers over the cartilage of the ears. The humming is not meant to be low and the fingers are moved to create a Bumble Bee buzz. If you want to really get into the hive put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, not up front, and your brain will vibrate even more.

    Recent research seems to indicate the humming breath magnifies the production of NO in the nasal cavity ... when inhaled on the next in breath this multiplies the NO distribution through the physiology and so magnifies all the associated benefits.

    🌺🐛🦋🌻🐝... I’ve been practising Wim Hof Method breathing for a while now, and love it... also the cold showers and meditation. This beautiful Humming Breath popped up in my feed and I’m so glad it did. I’ve always loved bees and the sound they make. I’m only a few minutes in and i remember my parents telling me that as a baby sitting up in my cot, I’d just sit in like a trance state, pulling threads out of my nappy while humming like a bee 😂 They thought something was wrong with me!!! Maybe I was just soothing myself. It’s soothing me now! Thank you so much for creating this masterpiece.🙏🏼

    Did a quick 4 minutes, that is relxaing. Do you have videos of just the background music you use on your videos (apologies not looked, should be working) as when you breath at a different speed it's a little off puting. Will go check other videos as well for different techniques as I predominantly do WHM breathing and I'd like to check out other breathing techniques

    Can we do humming bee sound without place our hands on ears and how much for anxiety

    Does this work are well if you hum a melody

    • @TAKEADEEPBREATH
      @TAKEADEEPBREATH  4 года назад +3

      its about the length of the exhale, so if the melody keeps the same length then It works the same, if the melody makes you exhale out quicker then its not quite as effective, give it a try and let us know please. x

    • @TAKEADEEPBREATH

      You technically can, however Id suggest waiting till at least an hour after eating, let your body do some digesting first.
