Hey AG. This is very motivating since I am in a similar position. I have approached around 140 girls so far (living in a low pop area in europe) in about 4 weeks. Got about 5 numbers that all flaked and no dates. I have recognized that during interactions the girls barely invest anything in the form of questioning me something or trying to carry on the conversation. If you could give me a quick tip on how to change that, that would be super awesome.
The first tip would be your confidence level and tonality when you are talking to the girls. You definitely have to be confident or you will almost always get rejected. If you are not confident in yourself, then why should anybody else be. Tonality is basically if you are coming off as a robot and asking a bunch of questions. You should smile and act like you know her. What I means by that is that you want to have a non-serious almost playful vibe to yourself. This will make her feel more at ease. If you can, tell her a non-corny joke or two.

I think where I fail is making the girl curious since I am not a creative person in general and I am logical and linear most of the time. But I have no idea how to be „playful“ since this requires some creativity to come up with interesting topics or teases. I am not sure how I can learn this.

If a girl likes me from the start, I usually do alright. However, if she is anything other than that, I just get a little nervous and don’t know what to say to liven things up .
