Got to play at Gen Con and really enjoyed it! Was much easier to pick up than I thought it would be. It also helped that John D. Clair was my teacher. ^_^ Do you feel AEG will go crazy with expansions for it? Or is it even possible to add expansions?
John is great and has taught me all his games :) All of his games, while infinitely expandable, are handled very well by AEG. I can see them walking these out slowly and carefully, like they do Mystic Vale or Space Base :)
@@giamarvel1736 At my FLGS. No Kickstarter, it's just a regular Essen retail release (which usually means January or February in the USA, but it is AEG and they seem to be much better at logistics than most board game companies).
I heard that it's a top game, but not for 2 player because you start with to many cards in hand (18). How was your experience with this game in a 2-player game??
This will probably be a "try before you buy" game for me. I really dislike negative player interaction in engine builders. Otherwise, the game looks like a lot of fun.
Please stop reviewing games! I only have so much money and shelf space!!! :D (This one looks like another great game. Is it out as of right now? I'm not sure when Essen is or was...)
My family is fans of Evolution. This games looks like the next step on that fundamental of creation.
