Hi You tell by looking thru the plastic window (if you need a better view, you can pull off the plastic cover in one quick pull to the right with pliers wrapped in electrical tape), if the wire is incomplete and does not meet ended to end (ie melted) then its bad.

How do you tell it's blown, and how do you change it?
You must buy the hole fuse holder cannot replace it but can solder a wire across would hold uo few years
