This made me think of the apartments and hotel suites in Gossip Girl (original or reboot). So polished and fancy. Could be interesting to see the show's sets as sims builds.

Adding better windows into the apartments would really upgrade it. Also congrats on your achievement of being a EA game changer. This is a gorgeous build. I wish I was more familiar with tool mod. The Sims team should have updated apartments to be fully customizable, because the original doors/windows not good at all.
I did NOT know you could use the TOOL mod to change windows in the apartments! So cool
It’s life changing lol I hate when I remake an apartment and the windows just don’t look right.

So, is there something to the tactic of building a parallel wall and doubling windows first then deleting them??
The double of the windows wasn’t part of the method, drawing the parallel wall however is! I find it’s easy to have one exactly in front of where I want the new windows to be and then shift click the new window into place
Why do you place the floor lamps to place clutter?

bulldoze the original, drop the walls all the way down and place!
Apartments are uploaded as rooms, you have to go to the apartment (load in like usual and enter build and buy mode) and then place the room from the gallery 🫶🏼
