yeah! I read exactly that in the windowed mem datasheet.... only that the units are in angstroms . the correct time is 25Wsec/cm2,... so a lamp of 12mW must run for 35 minutes. I want to see if a xenon lamp of an old camera do the job....

the silicon matt is VERY electrostatic. not recommended for electronics. good for soldering anyway

This is a not good example , I have 2 of "those" but they are not erasing the chips, so you are lucky
