  • Whenever the sun comes out I try not to miss soaking up fresh air and producing vitamn D. And of course practicing kung fu, taijiquan, qigong and meditation. I use wushu to keep fast & fit, while I use taiji to stay fluent and to develop the main skills of internal martial arts. Here you get some insights into my training. Enjoy!
