- Where is this skyscraper jungle?
The MIBC is a commercial development located just east of the Third Ring Road at the western edge of the city of Moscow, Russia. As of 2019 the Moscow International Business Center is still under development. The project occupies an area of 60 hectares.
The Moscow government first conceived the project in 1992, as a mixed development of office, residential, retail and entertainment facilities. An estimated 250,000 - 300,000 people will be working in, living in, or visiting the complex at any given time. MIBC includes 6 skyscrapers with maximum height of 300 meters or more (Shanghai has 5, Hong Kong has 6, Chicago has 6, New York has 8). Europe's second tallest building, the Federation Tower, is in the MIBC. The complex also includes the third-tallest, fourth-tallest, sixth-tallest, seventh-tallest, and eighth-tallest buildings in Europe. By 2016, twelve of twenty-three planned facilities of MIBC were already built, seven buildings are in construction and four are in the design stage.

I mean I didn't know it by that specific name...but anyone who knows anything about major world skylines knows about Moscow's skyline.
Amazing design and smart city planning. Having a separate, "modern" downtown from the historic city center works really well for Moscow!
Chris Joustra Yes it has worked well for both Moscow and Paris. They create modern, even futuristic CBDs without disrupting the historical value and harmony of the old city center.
The modern city center is hideous little to no street life.....

Despite the fact that about 13,000,000 people live in Moscow, this is only those who are registered and registered in Moscow. and with students who come to work, there are about 20 million people. That's what we did in London and I think it turned out well, American cities don't have to think about that because they have so little history
I have heard of it. I recognized the skyline as Moscow right away! Would love to visit someday.
This is a good example of smooth, beautiful modern design, architecture and engineering. I know Moscow is changing a lot and it is preoccupied by sustainability, so really looking forward to see its new face.
Honestly pictured russia as older historic brick type buildingd with the that typicsl russian design. But my god its beautiful. Russia seems like such a beautiful place. Alot of it is also untouched which makes it a must goto place for me. Would love to visit russia. Crazy place. Crazy people. But beautiful all in all

MIBC really has beautifully designed buildings, in my opinion. But I'm not a fan of how they positioned the buildings.

Moscow skyline is best than any skyline
Moscow is amazing, same with all of Russia, Kamchatka is like no other place in the world same with various parts of Russia, but each of the 90 major cities are unique.

Wow I toured Moscow in 2015 and we did not even drive by this complex or see it from the distance. Impressive. I think tours would show it off

Saw this a couple of years ago . . . maybe even longer. Nice. Real nice. I think part of it is to protect the other buildings from those blasted winter winds . . . no matter what direction they're moving in from! Very impressive. Bold to exploit color like they do.

I think the individual tower designs are nice, but just too tightly packed to appreciate any of them. It's also a tad disappointing that they take up such a small footprint.
This is the whole point. The skyscraper complex is impressive in its entirety, not in isolation. And so it is not only in Moscow.

You think it's only 6 to 7, dream on. 6 to 7 are among the super scrappers in the world ( Over 300 metres). Wait till you see the whole Moscow skyline. No city in the world has the beautiful architecture found in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. Moscow has a population of over 17 million yet very clean, beautiful and organized. You can't compare a single Indian city to even Sochi in Russia.🤦♂️

Made possible by government debt. The private sector did not build those towers.
Russia has some of the lowest debt among all the countries.

What do you mean nothing? These skyscrapers are super tall and Moscow is huge they didn't show not even a quater of the city which is covered in high rises. You could only see a small part in the center of the city in this video.

In Moscow there are about 40 skyscrapers, but here there are the most populare ones. In Saint Petersburg there is the tallest skyscraper in europe, and they build another one( 703 m). Also four cities in Russia have skyscrapers
