    Can you all talk about the natural gas wells in Mansfield? We decided not to purchase because a new home next to a natural gas well. More knowledge can help potential buyers new to Mansfield.

      4th generation oil & gas business here... It's all about the mineral rights. And the average Metroplex home that actually generates a positive oil & gas cash flow only makes about 35 bucks a month... At the current price.
      But why are you afraid of a natural gas well? Because its certainly not going to explode... That would cost the operators a ton of money !!!

      Hey Amanda. Yes property tax and homeowners insurance are added into our mortgage payments. We've got a handful of clients that have moved from CA to our area. Here's info on tax rate www.mansfieldtexas.gov/281/Property-Tax-Information

    I’m wanting to live here! I’m traveling from MS and used to light traffic and no freeways or interstates. How is it driving there, can I get around without touching interstates and freeways?

    • @livinginfortworth
      @livinginfortworth  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for the comment! Specifically in Mansfield, you definitely can get around without traveling on the highway. You can as well when traveling to adjacent cities like Grand Prairie, Arlington and/or Cedar Hill. But if you’re going to travel to different parts of the Metroplex, you’ll need to drive on the highway.
      Hope that helps and let us know if we can help any further! 🙂
