Literally! Just gonna buy black pants, black "professional" shoes and a white shirt that's all. Tf is up with a tie and full suit matching colours bs lol
Believe it or not, I tend to wear yellow ties to job interviews. My idea is that every other guy interviewing for the job will be wearing a red and/or blue tie, but a yellow tie is much more memorable while still being classic enough to not be unprofessional. The hiring manager will be going over applicants and will go... "Hey, remember that guy with the yellow tie?"
Wear what looks best, tie color doesn't matter that much. They will remember you for being well dressed, they could care less what specific color your tie is man.
Here’s another tip regarding watches, keep it simple. No G shocks make the watch look as simple as possible. It could be a dive watch with a metal band a dress watch with a leather band or a sports watch that could be passed off as a diawatch. Personally I prefer to wear either a Seiko five, Citizen chronograph watch, or a Heimdallr is Seaghost dive watch which is a copy of the dive watch from the film no Time to die
Depends on the job, if you're interviewing for a job like the police, fire brigade, military and the like, a G-Shock would be better than other watches because its practical, shows you can think.
@@ChrisOReilly True, but I think it also depends on what you’re wearing. If you’re wearing a suit to the interview, you never wanna wear a G-Shock at all because it looks very out of place. That’s why I normally recommend a divers watch. I Donely are they proud to go, they are incredibly durable and reliable. As you shock would be better when you’re physically on the job, but not for the interview unless you’re dressed significantly more casual than a suit
I wish people really understood that as functional, expensive and arguably cool smartwatches are, what they do best is to kill your style, unfortunately.
@@mj6400 I definitely respect your opinion, although I think differently. The little rectangle screen will never deliver what an analog watch does, regardless of the band. Bands are great to give your watch a different look and vibe, but it's the box and face what are always the stars of the game, just as it's the person the star of the entire outfit. At the end though, one should wear what makes us comfortable, confident and fits the occasion, which is why I think your opinion is highly respectable. I'm not too much into watches, and if I knew just a bit less about them, I'd definitely own a smartwatch with different bands to go with many different occasions in the day to day basis, and I'd definitely own a minimalistic, simple and elegant dress automatic watch with a few different bands to wear with my more formal, classic, and simple outfits, as I personally think the smart watches could never keep up with the elegance of a suit (looks too informal) or the simplicity of a tshit and jeans (drives attention too much).
A stubble is ok if it is trimmed, maintained and lined up well. No messy cheeks and definitely no messy necks. I've had a beard and stubble in interviews, and nobody cares unless you look disgustingly disorganised. Bottom line, maintenance is imperative.
I actually am anti bright red ties bc they make me think of politicians. A more subdued hue is better for an interview, because bright red ties seem to say “I know everything”
Don’t wear a white shirt, it gives a subconscious message that you want to be the boss (which you do) but a lion doesn’t like being told someone else wants to be the king of the jungle. Also, rather than wearing something so simple and cliche (although great, don’t get me wrong) wear something a bit bolder and more memorable, another comment mentioned the yellow tie, and it doesn’t have to be a yellow tie, it could be anything memorable and eye catching.
Why do we have to be so fussy about what we wear? What if we have apple watch, stubble, etc and nail the interview? Will they still reject us for what we wear?
@@businessformal it really depends on what job. If you were going to work at a well respected tattoo studio you would get laughed at dressing in what you suggested.
I know you can do black shoes and Navy suit but 🤢- black and blue never no go in my book - also the suit doesn’t have the side adjusters so have to wear the belt

Which brand do you buy from ??
Charles trywhitt for shirts. The tie bar for shirts and ties. Suits lots of different places but suit supply is good
In india wear only black suit with white shirt
"Stand up tall" how about the short ones ?

why not black suit?
why should only navy?
Black suits aren’t “in” - also black is too formal / more for funerals - navy or charcoal gray
