He did! The issue was them being cheap and bron/ad getting hurt. They just had to wait 1 year to get Russ down 1-10 mill. I still can’t believe they didn’t buy shooters. Lebron and Russ both suck without 3 pt shooters. Ain’t no team winning with Bron or Russ playing SG.

If he was under his current contract with us this year, I think he'd be getting the same props. Can you imagine these dudea giving everyone else but Kawhi.
Without Kawhi these dudes are nothing.
    Kawhi is everything.
Westbrook, Harden, PG shouldn't be the first story.
Kawhi is the leader of the team. When he speaks they listen, when he plays they follow his lead.
The fact that he keeps getting disrespected is appalling.
He's injured, they've lost by 60 combined points and the rest of them played. Oh OKC was a schedule loss 5 games in 7 days. PG did nothing in both games against OKC and Boston same goes for Harden and Westbrook.
The story isnt about these guys. Its a Kawhi story.
PG, Westbrook, Harden, Lowry are the worst playoffs performers of recent times and Kawhi has played with all of them which means he has to play elite at all damn times shooting 60/50/90!!! Any less they lose. 49/37/87 shooting splits Clippers were losing!!!

I'm watching Bones at the start of the season, and I'm liking what I'm seeing...a lot! I was already Team Westbrook and totally hyped about what this season was going to look like...then the Harden trade happened. My team is the Sixers, so I was glad he was going, but I didn't want him to come to the Clippers. I moved to L.A. before Magic did, so the rumors about this being a Laker town are painfully true. That being said, the second I heard PG wanting Russ to come to the Clippers, I was all for it. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 no its not Russ will have 5 great plays then follow up with 3 bad plays he doesn't control or manage the game. Plus his inability to shoot makes defenses load up on other players

Russ did what was obvious....Ty Lue let them figure it out on the court so no pride or egos were crushed. Recognize game and do what's best for the team.

When you are on a Vet. Minimum contract your job is to buy in. Russ was a diva on the Lakers and now its buy in or learn Mandarin.

  • @DesignerBass

Lol at the narrative and I understand why. Russ was going to the bench and everyone with any sense including Russ knew it. 1 person is making 3 million the other 34 million. There is no way you can justify benching the guy making 30 million more. Before they benched Russ people said Harden should be benched. Those people either don't know basketball or just biased for Russ. Russ is the same player he was with the Lakers and his stats before Harden joined proves it. I would like to see Russ with a young team or team like the Pacers that run run run.
