Gonna have to be the gun nerd here: The M16 platform is used nowadays as a designated marksman rifle and can be very effective at about 700 yards - with a maximum range of about 2500 yards. Not as good as a purpose built sniper rifle but still damn good for sniping.
I guess that's my point, it's effective at long range as I'd expect a rifle to be, but not the first rifle that comes to mind when I think of sniping. It would've been cool if Golgo 13 could cart around some kind of 50 cal like a Barrett.
Well, relatively speaking anyway. With the current exchange rate being what it is, prices could certainly be worse. Common stuff at least isn't that bad.
As anyone who knows me knows, FC is where I am these days. Along with PS3, but PS3 i'm more akin to getting native games rather than Japanese ones as I can fetch them cheaper locally. I would have picked up about 2 games here, they weren't on my list but I didn't know about them. The Mario Bros looked enticing in that nice yellow box.
Famicom carts are amazing! Its box art are super cool! Love NES carts too. It's iconic like NES system itself, but the jp 8 bit Nintendo version rules!
always down for a new game shops video! might need to get a converter for my retron 2 (or find another launch-era NES game that comes with one) and start collecting for famicom again. I think I'd love to have gradius 2 or salamander with the sweet translucent green cart!
The recent DoDonPachi releases and Espgaluda 2 all feature beginner modes, very useful for newcomers and people needing a bit of practice before moving up to more difficult modes.
Back in the day I didn't have an NES, I had a Famicom. My very first game was "Wrecking Crew". Sadly, my original system died but I still have all my old carts.
Nice. Wrecking Crew is a classic, love it. We sadly lost all of our NES games when I was a kid, they were left at someone's house and eventually stolen.
I swear I played a DBZ fighting game ala Street Fighter on the Famicom back in the day.. It had kid Cell on the roster. Am I remembering things from another timeline..??🤔

Wow, even the Famicom box art is pretty sweet 😊😊😊
Absolutely, the Famicom typically always had awesome box art, Super Famicom too.
Epic as usual. Correct me if I'm wrong but prices were decent for Akihabara.

I do love buying Famicom cartridges games and the Disk System games complete.
It is quite satisfying to find them complete and in good condition, especially if they still have the original bonus inserts and things like that.
I beat the first 2 Ninja Gaiden games.

That's always the issue, so many games so little money in my pocket. Have to be picky.

Definitely, browsing Famicom games is like looking through a mini art gallery.

I don't think they're getting any cheaper any time soon, so now would probably be a good time.
@@MadPanicGaming oh no doubt! will have to try and jump on that soon!

Hey, thanks! Glad you're enjoying them. 👍
FC/NES all day long, man.
Damn straight.
I swear I played a DBZ fighting game ala Street Fighter on the Famicom back in the day.. It had kid Cell on the roster. Am I remembering things from another timeline..??🤔
A bootleg maybe? I'm pretty sure kid cell was in one of the Super Famicom games though. Super Butoden 2 I think.
I would like to see you look at some Mark III games . Maybe even throw some SG1000 in there
I come across them on occasion, not enough to fill an entire video though. I usually only ever come across a handful at a time.
There is always lot of people in this job. How can you shoot your video ?
Small cam and don't bother anybody. Just wait until you're not interrupting anyone else's browsing.
Neato!
Love that clear Salamader cart.
It's damn cool.
@@MadPanicGaming Yeah, that was one of my favorite NES/Famicom games.
