Your analysis is very sound. I’m impressed since most reaction channels don’t nearly go into depth the way you do. As the mixing engineer for King Inertia on this video, it felt good to see someone point out mixing choices I made and talk about their reasoning. Keep doing this stuff.
Ohhhh! Nice to see you here! My analytics show that most of my commentary gets skipped so half the time i feel im just talking to myself haha. Nice to meet you!
I think your opinions & Analysis on battles are valuable to be honest. There’s a lot of reaction channels that overdo their reactions (sxin & chezame included) but you as well as a few beatboxers I look forward to hearing your opinions. Keep doing you, Dave 🤙🏼
Just a heads up, for the next two battles there was someone who dropped out of the competition, and so Stitch and JordoX already made their rounds against opponents they were no longer battling and weren't able to make new ones. So Stich's was made for Vino and JordoX's was made for Tomazacre. Tomazacre is still blacklisted, but they got info that they thought proved him innocent, so they initially let him participate, but a lot of people still disagreed and Vino dropped out because of it, so they eventually removed Tomazacre as well. JordoX's round won't make as much sense unless you know who it was originally for.
Honestly, both times Helium has battled King Inertia I've given it to Helium, his rounds just seem more impressive to me. Like yeah, sure, Inertia has more power, but Helium has shown that he can match that power with his counters. Helium's technicality is just on another level that Inertia doesn't really come close to in my opinion.
I am utterly convinced that one of the reasons Helium lost (which to this day I disagree with) is that Chezame and Sxin, as judges, failed to appreciate that Helium’a polyrhythms and offbeats were actually in time, and therefore penalized him with timing errors for complexity that they themselves were not necessarily equipped to effectively judge. It’s a great pity to me… Inertia is absolutely the best at what he does. But I don’t believe he was the best in this battle.
Yep. It was all in time. That’s why I said from a musicians stand point, Helium won this cause his performance was hella complex and very difficult. From a hype and easy to understand stand point, Inertia. Classic if “I can’t understand what’s going on, you lose” type of thing going on here. It’s sad because it encourages a copy paste format and penalizes creativity.
I understand what you mean but can't really agree with the whole timing thing I also believe helium should have won but timing might actually be the issue D low at the sbx showed us all how it's done properly off beat but still kept a steady flow
This battle had hella controversy. Sxin and chezame said helium had timing issues because they didn’t understand his pattern even colaps said so in his own reaction and they still say stuff like timing was almost on point oh too soon?! Helium may have been robbed but inertia is hiding helllllla Sounds Also mind you inertia started -2 in scoring and still won because chezame extra point sxin didn’t give one
You’re Still Not a Bully Dave! , I Mean You’re Just a Nice Guy and target By Loving a Songs and Talking So Normal and aggressive WOW You’re Really Nice and Target Man I Love You To Death 💕❤️
Also mind you helium Lives in Russia and his country is at war. He had to stream and fundraise for camera and his requiem For a dream wildcard fried stuff.
There are several aspects to consider, just watch the videos that announce the winner. Who organizes the event is Chezame and Sxin, they have their own methods to decide. Inertia's victory is not absurd as everyone says. The public crossed the line in the battle of Den vs Inertia, they gave him a lot of hate, and for what reason? If you want to vote, like the video, and don't spam vomit emojis.
@@jogosparaandroidepcecalcul6362 You’re right, Inertia did rightfully score more points, but there’s also the fact that he got deducted -2 points because he submitted his round late (1 point per 12 hours). Chezame and Sxin made lots of stretches to get Inertia to win, such as not giving the battle point or video point or timing point to Helium, making it a 1-point difference at the end. I don’t know man, it seemed very unfair, like they were rigging it on purpose, almost like they wanted Helium to lose.
@@fattymuffin2182 Well, I don't remember how the battle was judged, but anyway... it's the first time they've created this style of battle, so it's not absolute. For sure the next bbu's will be even better 🔥🔥🔥😀

Glad to see you doing the BBU, man. Each level gets crazier and crazier. Can't wait till you get to the quarter and semi finals. I enjoy your reviews.

@@whatitdodave just gotta keep in mind that Stitch's round was made against Vino, and JordoX's against Tomaz

man why did you stop making beatbox reaction?
What do you suggest
think you might enjoy B-ART vs D-LOW
somehow inertia won this, don’t think anyone agreed with inertia winning tbh
Um I did I just think he could of compressed some of it, make it shorter and hit harder
i disagreed with their critiques on helium’s timing issues, but I personally still preferred Inertia’s round over all :)
