this is probably a speed hack, because i slowed down the video and the approximate delay is 0.33 seconds and so almost everywhere, and at 120 fps it is unlikely.
the audio track can have different delays randomly. Screen recorders are not always accurate so your delay argument is unreliable. If the clicks would have different delays then there might be a chance to rpove something, but the difference would need to be more than 10ms, because phones have inconsistent input delay.

Very impressive, but the fact your on mobile doesn’t really affect your gameplay, as a lot of people play 120 or 144 fps.
