Great job. Do yourself a favour and carefully cut that bank angle open and silicone the ball in position. You will also need to reroute the shifter, cables etc that are running thru the air box, as it needs to be completely air tight or it will run lean

I'd be getting the exhaust sorted as a priority.
There needs to be a balance pipe between all four and some back pressure, or it will run lean.
You could run the exhaust forward in the engine bay, then loop back under to the rear. Seems to be plenty of room that way.

Great idea running the header towards the front of the car to route a decent exhaust system, that’s how they did it on a lot of TVR’s .

It will actually make more power with a header and a performance muffler, like a Yoshimura. And not be so obnoxious, lol. And you could park it outside when it rains.

@@J-JsGarage Cool project. I’d recommend a 4 into 1 pipe with some kind back pressure. Without back pressure, you lose all the bottom end torque.

Hi there very interesting project you have there. Alot of kitcars run bike engines, you might be able to buy an adaptor for the prop shaft off the shelf. Very often used with ford running gear parts, possibly join the two together. Ballance is important, I got a machinist to make a small adaptor that bolted to the axle to except a shortened Mazda prop on my Opel / Mazda build. Never let me down. Love your idea and choice engine, looking forward to your next update 👍
