First time I amde these they came out perfect I did find the mixture a little too soft so added an additional 50g of Almond flour.
We have something similar in Morocco. We call it Almond Ghorbia. But they are more tricky to make. So finding a very easy recipe like this has been fantastic.

Omit the egg
DON"T omit the egg lol. That's the only wet ingredient.
You can bake them an extra 5-10 minutes. :)
