HI the power cable is roughly 4'
IDK i got the wrong bulb or some but this thing wont turn no matter what i do all it does it turn a lil and stoped cant get it to do anything this f thing has beaten me for now i give up lol
Cool, the only bit i didn't need help with
I cant get by brackets to fit my housing unit for the lamp why does no one show it being fitted
its easy when you know how :-) press into one edge first and then push upwards. This will open the compression spring of the clip and the bar will seat. Start with one edge first.
Was made two years ago and it's still helping many today❤❤
My male rosie bourke perked up the moment it went on, the way it maximises their sight is wonderful. Definitely recommend them. ( haven't had to change bulb yet).
Are you still able to answer questions?
yes,
Love your videos! What size bulb would be best for a 40 gallon vivarium?
What actual size is that and what are you keeping? what is the distance to basking?
@@ArcadiaReptile It's a 36" x 18" x 18" for a leopard gecko and basking will be around 12-14".
@@Aj-yw3tk Then ShadeDwellerPro is perfect for you in that size viv and at that basking distance. It will allow good access to basking and a graduation into shade for self-regulation.
Yo Leopard Gecko
Is this the girl from the leopard gecko channel?
mine turned on, flashed for a second, then immediately stopped working
This is most likely a damaged lamp. Please take to store for testing.
The bulb won't twist
make sure that the lamp is fully inserted and that you turn both ends together equally. It should then rotate until locked
I gotta spark that’s it. Imma be so mad if this doesn’t work.
Check USB connection.
video didn’t help but the comments did!!!
so far i have been trying for 3 hours to get this damn tube in and nothing what the hell am i doing wrong
just make sure that the lamp ingress points are facing directly downwards, Push the lamp up fully into the lamp holders so that both ends are located upwards. Then firmly turn the lamp at both ends at once. The lamp will rotate the locking lamp holders and you will hear it click. You will go from 6 and 12 o'clock to 3 and 9 o'clock as the lamp clicks into place.
This is the worst bulb yall youldnt have made this any easier? Every time i struggle and the lamp has a sweet spot so sometimes it turns off.
Please do follow the video and wait to feel the lamp 'click' into the locked position. This will then mean that you have the correct connection. We also now have IP65 lamp holders in the LumenIZE range which are press on and plug in rather than rotate.
Pro tip guys plug it in when you start trying to turn it to get it to lock in place it’s super fragile and finicky you know you have it when it turns on then just stop messing with it and mount it lmao..
It just randomly turned off, took me straight 10 minutes just to put that shit back together 🤦♂️
Thank you!
Didn't help
Take a shot everytime she says lamp
I wish this was American because WTF is binding!!!! Like what????!!!!
Like i dont understand? How do two objects bind are they gonna fuse together??? At what point??? Like what? How long do intwist it for ? Ugh i hate this
This is an English term of catching or locking up, not fusing,
Thank you for this I couldn't figure out how to get the bulb to stay in place. This solved the problem but was still hard to do with acrylic nails 😂
This is one of the most stupidest products you ever install
How can I attach them to the roof of the terrarium? There are no brackets included... where can I get them?
Got a T5 Pro Kit Desert 12% UVB :(
There should be 2 brackets in every box, if missing please inform your seller.
@@ArcadiaReptile Oki Thanks :)
Thank you!
