When I'm struggling to sleep and having my anxiety or depressive melt downs all by myself at home I feel so alone; I'm not saying I'm happy you guys struggle with the same but it comforts me a bit reading your comments about experiencing the same things and how you are able to find some relief in here. It gives me hope and helps me realize I'm not alone, and that like you do, I can make it and get better. Relatable! There's nothing better than feeling understood when you're dealing with depression and anxiety. It's a sickness that tries to make you feel so isolated and alone, but it's nice to know that other people know what you're going through 💜 and it WILL get better trust me 🙏

Like really, you can't even imagine how relaxed i am in the "my right arm is heavy" part, unbelievable. Something I like doing with your videos is experiencing them after a day's pampering. I get my ears cleaned up (using those rubber ear drill cleaners,) a hot steamy shower, and deep exfoliation scrub before jumping into freshly washed PJs.
