Now THIS is the kind of comment I love to see! I've loved them since 1980, but was nervous of this album after so long and having loved their early music mainly. I can't afford to buy all the formats, but I'll buy a few vinyls!
the cure was my first. So for them to come back with yet another song that makes me wanna cry and laugh at the same TIME. Nostalgic for sure im in love with this song toooooooooo
@@KARenEjx was trying to be all tuff guy an not cry in front of my daughter over a song. She was smiling like it was her song. She gets to love them like I have all my life.
Robert has the keys of my soul. As he soothed my teen angst, now he cuts deep into age and time and nostalgia, making this album the most painful and tearful of all.❤
It doesn't matter if you are 70 years old or 10, the music of the cure will resonate your soul!!! God knows we don’t care about the age of anyone, We’re all growing old… Thank you so much for this the cure ! ❤ once again I’m in love with music, once again I feel something that was numb long ago…
I needed this, on this foggy, holy day. Every morning I wake up grateful for another day, with the hope that maybe this particular day will be the Day. In the end, I finish it a little older and a little wiser with an experience I might not have hoped for; there are a lot of regrets...But despite everything, my inner child is always young, hopes, wonders, cries, rejoices. What a journey. I'm glad we're still here. Love forever. 🤍
I didn't know how much I needed new Cure until now. I don't mind admitting I have had a good cry and feel the release of so many things. So many feelings we keep inside that we forget matter. Thank you Robert for taking your time and making 49 minutes matter more than you will ever know to your fans. We needed this...
I'm fascinated by Robert's voice, which he still has after all these years - fantastic .. It was clear that the gentlemen could still do their musical craft, but which of their musical levels they use - wow perfect, the sound is awesome, brilliant and in combination with the "world pain voice" incomparable 🎼🥀🖤🍷 Thanks guys and stay healthy
Robert dziękuję Ci za ten magiczny album. Jestem od kilku godzin urzeczona tym brzmieniem. Ten utwór chodzi za mną dzisiaj od pierwszego odsłuchu. Dziękuję dziękuję i proszę o jeszcze.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Kocham muzykę The Cure, bez pamięci.
The Cure is the soundtrack of my life. Thanks for all the moments I share with the band. They're not aware but they are always with me!!!😂. And now, a new and very emotional album. This will not be the end of every song I sing alone
This is one of the most mature songs I've heard - I feel like it's that dance we all do looking backward moving forward. Trying to make sense of the past, of loss, as if it will set us free presently. Never satisfied with the conclusion. Reframing it again and again to give our lives meaning, to give the loss meaning....when the only thing that truly matters is the totality of what that journey built.
I grew up in the mid to late 80's, and I grew up listening to a huge variety of music as a kid, and the Cure, Cyndi Lauper are just two bands/musicians that I have a special place in my heart for.
I remember being 18 19 or so travelling from antwerp to london to see you guys playing in wembley 3 decades ago.....for me it was like meeting history...always in my heart !!! You tell about our struggle finding heaven without even realising it....faith is hidden in us. Not empty at all.
Close your eyes and appreciate that part from 2:23 to 3:47 basking in it and forgetting about the world for a moment. The whole song is an otherworldly experience
im 51 from canada .quebec , Thanks The Cure ! Great album again , makes a difference from what we hear these days , is all made to sell out , thanks for Great music ! take care ;)
58 ans et toujours la même passion pour the cure. Ce groupe m’a fait vibrer. On a presque tous eu le look de Robert Smith. Cette voix atypique on adore. Merci
This album will definitely be on every Cure fans Mount Rushmore of favourites by Robert and the guys. I know he’s said recently that he’s had more fun in the last few years, performing, than ever in the distant past. That’s distilled and crystallised in this album. Robert and the band are in their ascendency, the tour in 2022 U.K. was incredible. I simply can’t wait to see them again. The atmosphere, the songs, the value for money (!) as Robert makes a stand for fair ticket pricing. Yep, they’re at the pinnacle of their game now. Magnificent. See you next year I hope. Keep well. ❤
Through every season of my life, The Cure has always been there for me, and hearing their new song brings back a wave of nostalgia, flooding me with all those feelings and emotions. It's so good!!!
Its funny when a band you have followed for years suddenly brings out a new song that makes you stop & think, wow, they really have still got it. Top song.
Robert? If you're reading this? THANK YOU. Thank you very MUCH!
And I say, thank you The Cure. Thanks all of you, guys.
And thank you for that comment, you are talking from the name of soooo much people ❤
To the People of Valencia Spain Cure with music!!
You very welcome. Yes I’m Robert .

I'm a 71 year old man. This album is for me the best Cure album. It touch my feelings so much. 🖤
Right behind you (70) but 17 Seconds remains my all time fave.
@Jonathan-lc5br By the way...my faforite Cure song ever is A Forest. And Endsong is just epic. With best regards, Willi from Germany 🙋♂️🖤

My daughter was born to one of the albums, used to fall asleep to them and even now whenever I put it on she's in her element dancing

I could Not say it better....❤❤❤from an old man in Switzerland.....
I love their timeless sound and thank God they never changed!
I know right, unlike a lot of other bands who change there sound, The Cure just sounds like The Cure

Easily the strongest of the album's "new" songs that weren't previously played live. Absolutely captivating.
May be the strongest song on the entire album

- Normal cure fan experience 🦇
Indeed lol
My experience at every Cure show I've ever been to! How many? I don't even remember anymore!
Too real
They sound as good as ever. Robert's voice is ageless. 🖤
That song gave a 56 yr old man goosebumps.... that song is so damn good!!!!
The Cure is ageless, and so are we.

Fast becoming the best track on the album..grows and grows then grabs you and will not you let go. A bloody wonderful song. ❤
This is The Cure at its melancholic best. Love that trademark sound. This is why the Cure has been on top for so long.
