I had a broken fuse, so my horn wasn't working at all xD

On my challenger I disabled it in my settings i have a 22 R/T.

I also disabled it in my 2022 challenger I think you need the 8.3 uconnect to disable it

@@fpshightide for me I go to settings, click doors and locks, click off for "Sound horn with lock".
