1. To demonstrate how I met the essential criteria *knowledge* under the following:
. NMC code of conduct
. Risk management
. An Understanding of the current issues in nursing
2. *Experience* under the following:
. recent clinical experience in an acute trust
. delivery of evidence based on practice
. demonstrate patient focus approach
3. How I met the desirable criteria on *Previous band 5 experience within specialty*
