I just can't believe I've found a South Australian RUclipsr that loves antiquing!! I haven't been down to the Port for years. I'm up in the Mid Murray Region so don't get down that way much.ooking forward to catching up on all your uploads 😊
Great vlog Cara! Been many years since i visited port adelaide markets but as Jaz said it doesnt seem to change! Lovely jug to add to your collection. x
Love the porcelain collection, especially your cabbage leaf salt and pepper (?) babies. Thanks for the tour - didn’t know there was such a market so will be sure to visit next time.
Sorry but I don't think that jumper is hand knitted. The STD stands for standard size. Knits were big in the 80s with bright designs. I picked up an 80s cardigan I thought was hand knitted but I got a knitter to look it over and she said it appeared to be machine knitted, however it did sell within a few weeks anyway. I sell most of my knitwear to Canberrans, probably because it's freezing there haha
That might be the case! I only thought it might be hand knit as inside the jumper a lot of it is tied off and doesn’t look machine made. But I’m not an expert, I’ll probably have to get a knitter to have a look as well!
Hi thirty pixie I picked up a dress thats vintage has a few little pulls but its a 1960s1970s dress can I ask for your opinion on it I only picked it up for $2 is there anyway I can send u pics of it?
