I do not think that Venti ever had a different "normal" appearance besides the one we saw, I am not sure if he ever used his ability to shift his appearance so I don't know if it is accurate when he comments on himself in the video for that first time? Since it's said that Morax and Barbatos are the only original archons left standing in game, that would mean that the cryo archon in this video is different then the one in the current story line :] I've also heard that the Tsaritsa is only a title for all of the cryo archons, but that might've been a theory And I think that she began the Fatui organization after Khaen'riah was destroyed 500 years ago for the sole purpose of getting to gnoses, and it seems that this video takes place before that, so- I'm not sure about the whole thing with her starting the fatui for the gnoses thing and her starting it after witnessing the destruction of Khaen'riah, I might've just heard a theory and mashed it with another one in my brain-
That God with the snow emoji is not the current cryo archon. As you can see, the title says "dead archons" which means the original archons. Everyone except zhongli and venti have been replaced by another. The former cryo archon wouldn't know the goal of the Tsaritsa.
