Did you have to do any machining on the hub bore of the wheel? Or did they just bolt right up. I knew the center caps werent gonna work from what i have read spacers are requiree. Do you have the hub bore size on the wheele? Im guessin its 106.2. Jusr curious if they had a lip on them that has to be machined off as many wheels do
The Cruiser on 38s with 4.10s is still much more "peppy" (lol) than my old pickup with 5.29s, 37s, and a 22RE. I think with 4.88s or 5.29s it'll feel completely tolerable for me.
@@RM_Garage I looked at them and watched several videos about this one, and the other one it looks like. Thank you for another awesome video. Those tires look awesome, too big for my use, looking forward to how you solve the clearance issues. Jim.
i am very happy to see your build 38s looks killing 🔥. i was like you 37 or 38 i got the same tires i have jeep wrangler but you have a beautiful build i like how you just go for it and seriously you Truck looks amazing congratulations... 👍🏻 can wait to see more of your build
That looks absolutely incredible. What a MASSIVE difference wheels and tires can make!
Great Combo of tires and Rims!
Thanks Lee!
Looks great. Ya get the hard stuff done first. Then the fun mods. Wheels and tires are what make any of these projects look good.
Yep! Still have some annoying stuff to finish in terms of repairs but really wanted to get to the fun mods for a change.
those 38's look good on it.
Looks insane once its done you should bring it to australia and play with our offtape landcruisers love it the bulid
Thanks! I bet it'd be expensive to ship it to aus eh?

Bolted right up, they were made for it. 106.3 I think. Or something.
Been following your channel and this build. Awesome videos. Excited for you! Please keep sharing the knowledge, trials, and videos coming please.
Will do!
Looks awesome bro!!! Definitely think I’ll do a 4” vs 6” on my 80 if you can still do 38s
That does look awesome
Looks great!!
Thanks!
Looks awesome dude. Keep up with the content!!!
How bad is the engine power loss?

@@RM_Garage that’s exactly what I needed to know. Thanks man. Keep up the great build. (I’m building mine currently too)
Love the truck!!!
Did you re-gear for the 38’s? What did you use?
How is the road noise with these tires?
Not bad actually
What is the backspacing on those wheels?
4.75 but now have 1.5” spacers
Where did you get the Badland floor jack? I have not seen one with tires like that. Jim
Harbor Freight! I had to wait 3 weeks for it, they're always back ordered.

You think you could’ve got away with 40” with your lift?
If I removed the flares, I think so.
@@RM_Garage just be careful with your axles unless you upgraded them. Honestly idk if they even make an upgrade from LC
Looks good! Now you’ve got some WORK to do haha
Sure do!! Spacers are on order and then flex testing + cutting in my future. But it is driveable as-is!
You will need wheel spacers. To push them out. Rear will tube on frame when flex and fronts will rub radius arm when lock
Already put them on after this video! Working on making them fit now
Do you plan to upgrade your axles? Or have you already?
It’ll still have Toyota axles but upgraded internals and gears.
Does the transfer case from a 93 to 94 fit an FJ80 91 to 92? I’m having a bad issue with mine but it’s a 91 Land Cruiser.
Standard diffs?
Price of the rims?
For the moment the diffs are standard but they will be locked and geared.
The wheels were $1350.
Maybe I missed it, but is this with 4" or 6" lift?
3.5"
@@RM_GarageNice, looks taller.
I have the same wheels and tire size but I’m a -25 offset with the wheels no rub at all
Same bolt pattern and truck too? I didn’t see these wheels in a -25 offset for 6x5.5 in a 17. They make a +25…don’t see a -25
WOW! Milestar Patagonias...it's cool you are celebrating pride month. 😁😜. Remind me not to bring my sorry ass 80 with 33s around yours. 🤪
