I laugh so hard when he says "Crikey!" when the aye-aye tries to grab him. Last time I heard "Crikey!" was when Steve Irwin got chased by a croc.
One day I'm gonna study then and give them the gosh darn care they deserve
Well, did you?
Yeah, did you?
Does anyone knows which animal sound is in the background?
Whoa...nature invented a hand that comes with it's own toothpick...
The aye aye probably didn’t want to eat your finger. She just didn’t like when you got too close.
Well if the Aye-aye is a primate, I know where my Nephew gets his looks from then
Then your nephew must be the cutest nephew in the world❣️ 😊
FOULLLLLLL OMG 😭😭
It thought your finger was edible? More like you were pulling at the branch and poking fun at it and it was pissed.
Little fella didn't seem bothered by the company, LoL.
I think this is what I evolved from
Lol very good, best description.
an aye aye lives in the rainforest
amazing creature
Spooky? Deadly? What? I was looking at this with the sound off because I could sense that they're trying to drum up drama after a few seconds and this little animal just looks cute to me. BBC should be ashamed.
Those eyes? Cute? It's an overgrown rat. It adapter a finger for one purpose, and one purpose alone...to literally FINGER it's prey to death. Just imagine that thing the size of a dog, and it becomes evident how lucky we are it hasn't been able to eat well and stayed small, else we'd have those running around instead of deer and kangaroo. Would probably have a preference for snatching and eating babies/infants from their cribs. No, it's ugly as hell. I don't care if it's misunderstood, or seemingly gentle. Size is the only thing keeping that thing from being a f'cking nightmare.
omg I have to do a project on it !! ;3 scary...
Very cute! You are scared of the poor little thing? Don't you know, that as animals rather be left alone, they won't go out of their way to attack you, ( not like people might ) they would rather continue ignoring you!
10 years old, I don't care, still saying it... you literally have no idea what it's thinking or it's intentions are. You know absolutely nothing about it. STFU.
Too spooky for me.
True dat
Aye-aye Captain!
Aye aye thinks there is a grub inside the tree hole
I got spooked. lol
in a moment, the aye aye just like a mouse because of the large teeth...
Most primates don't have muscles in our fingers, our fingers are controlled by muscles in our hands/forearms.
Looks like my chihuahua
holy shit this is the first time ever in my life that i know such a species even exists...
wth is an aye-aye...
its nuts that evolution provided an actual body part to adapt...instead of the knowledge to use a stick. goes to show how complex using a tool really is.
Birds use sticks to get larva out of tree trunks. Many animals use tools to get their food.
Personally I don’t believe in evolution, the evidence just isn’t there; but I do agree that it is amazing this creature has such a complex method of getting its food.
@@madison.w8615 it's 'miraculous'!
@@madison.w8615 Stupidity is not a trivial thing confined to individuals: it spreads and it kills. Antibiotic resistance is a thing. Grow up go read some scientific scholarship to actually learn about what you criticise in ignorance and have responsibility. I wish I could be kinder but the last 20 years have proven how dangerous stupidity is.
@@madison.w8615 You look at this primate, the last one of it's species with it's specialized body part used primarily for feeding/survival. It is distantly related to us as we are also primates and you don't think evolution is real? Lol I bet you "believe" that this lil fella just scooted on down to Noah's Ark to survive the big flood
Some funny comments. Haha. Unusual primate. So interesting.
Where do Aye Ayes live
I want hands like that
Why is this animal in "Deadly 60"? The only danger it poses to anyone is to insects and larvae.
Evolution? Bears were once lowly critters such as this.
Aye aye caption
I love aye aye, they're so cute! And that man is freaking hot!
beaconinthedark Steve Backshall you mean?

I don't see the aye aye to be scary at all.. I actually think they're cool. I don't know why these locals from Madagascar are too afraid of them??

That’s probably what the Aye-aye said when he first saw a human.
ahuehuehue ahuehuehue
Am I the only who think they are kinda cute?
They’re adorable, but that’s just my opinion. It’s simply how you perceive physical appearance.
Well they look lot a lot different than the cat in hat knows alot abput that verson
Where did the BBC find the presenter!! What a half wit! Weird, weird, weird and crazy?!? Could they not find someone articulate? He's definitely not going to replace David Attenborough is he!
