The gouache will make for much easier clean-up, too. I love the prints you got!

I was actually wondered if gouache will work on a gel plate, I bought a gel plate a few weeks ago and haven't used it yet. Thank you for this inspiration 😊

In order to lift what’s left, add a thin coat of fresh paint and let it sit for at least 5 min so that it has time to moisten what’s under it..then pull!

I have the same paints as you and wasn’t sure they would work, so really grateful for you doing this. To stop my paints drying I cling film them, it saves me having to wake them up again, I’m impatient. 😂

Lovely prints jane , I glad your loving your new paints I have done gouache before on a Gelli plate but not for a while you have to work quick as it drys so fast. Love your prints, actually someone asked me to show them how on a Gelli plate a few months ago and it's still on my to do list maybe I'll have to break open my big set, I will get around to making a video soon but others things I want to do first as always , it's funny as I don't like anything Matt but love the chalky feel to the gouache when it's dry there amazing with the colours Thanks for sharing enjoyed your video xx 😘

@@janeroyston I can see into your future and predict the large set of gouache paints 😂 I've got some boxed gouache tubes I've not opened yet I don't know how they compare so that will be interesting keep buying all this stuff and hauling it away lol xx 😀
