I'm pretty sure the phone is from Kool Aid points. we used to get them on drink boxes and on the back of kool aid packages then they had a little catalog where we could order something if we had enough points. By the color my best guess would be around 1998 when N64 was out and they had different colored ones the blue reminds me of the blue n64. So that would be a start. .. as for the lion king cards.. since you paid $30 the best bet would be to sell each pack for $5 or so. if you have 36 packs that would be $180 - $30 spent so around $150 profit. that would be my first try. if that doesn't work you could use them for gift packs
