Love it!...and the color! :)
Thanks Kathy :) xx
Hi Karen .. Belinda here from 34 degrees sunny and hot Queensland Australia. And It's our first day of autumn .I enjoy your videos .. thank you. Take care 🌷
Hi Belinda. Wow, very hot then - hope you're managing to keep cool. Thank you - so glad you enjoy them :) xxx
I love the hat and the unusual Pom Pom tassel thing not something I have seen before :). Maybe for you other none project video you can share some of your experiences with different yarns, hooks, patterns. Your must haves and your steer clears ect :).
Thanks Sonia - glad you liked it. Yes that's a good idea, thanks hun :p xxx
Love the way the hat turned out. No snow at my end of Dorset but apparently between tomorrow and Friday is meant to chuck it down.....hopefully after freezing my butt off I'd like to see something for it lol xxx
Thanks Sian. Well we survived the snow lol xxx
Depression is a horror. You come first. Don't worry about the comment answers. Just look after you. Love your hat. Huggily-bugglies from Australia. xxxxx
Yes it is, you're so right! Thank you - slowly catching up now - feels therapeutic to get back on track :) xxx
Lovely hat - had a little bit of snow in Dorset to
Thanks Nicky - hope you enjoyed the white stuff ;) xx
Very nice hat - the tassel is interesting, not sure if it's my style or not, but I know there are people out there who will love it. I have watched a few of Marly Bird's videos, and she is sometimes kind of confusing. Hope your doctor appointment went ok. Keep warm!!! xxxx
Thanks Grace - yeah I wasn't sure about the tassel either. Yes I've found her confusing at times too - particularly with knitting as I'm not very proficient with that. I had to cancel the appointment, got it rebooked for a months time :) xxxx
I normally don't like hats made that way, they always bulk up at the top. This one however sentience up nicely, I think I'll give it a try.
Yes I'm the same Esmeralda - this one doesn't do that so defo worth a go and works up quickly :) xx
Looks just like the snowboarder hat that Chloe Kim (US Snowboarder) was wearing at the Olympics! I use this type of stitch to make scarves as well - makes them nice and soft and squishy. I'm making scarves and hats from yarn I found at a thrift store and will be boxing them up and sending them to a group that sends them to soldiers overseas. It's a good use of my thrift store yarn and a new charity for me to crochet for. Hope you only get enough snow to be pretty and not inconvenient! Here's a suggestion - gloves?
Yes - that's what Marly Bird designed it on. Yes that's true it does. Aww that's lovely - you are such a generous soul :) It's nice finding new charities to make for. Thanks - I hibernated for the week, so it didn't affect me lol ;) Yes that's on my I want to learn list xx
I made the same hat this week! I agree, it was annoying that she didn't put the row count in the video.
Oh wow - that's awesome. Glad it wasn't just me then ;) xx
